Review 1：bathroom:the shower is hand held and low. the door is the moving type that can not be locked with space open on both sides(no privacy when you are in the ensuit bathroom)

Review 3：I had Room 25 and it's scary. The staff told me it's on 2nd floor. I got the key, so I go up to 2nd floor -- there's room 23, 24 26, 27 along the corridor and NO 25 .... wait, there seems a small staircase at the corner.... let's try going down there ok? It's such a dark freaky spiral staircase and it reaches a place seems like a level in a tiny space between 1st floor and 2nd floor, and there is the room 25! I went inside ... there's a big wooden box inside the room ....and it's the washroom. I switched on all the light and there were only bedside lamp, it's so dark. Luckily nothing else happened that night nor freaky things showed up. Or else i would have to jump out from the window --- i certainly won't walk out from that freaky door and into that wierd staircases for sure.

Review 5：The advertised restaurant was closed for renovations and we had to walk a distance to another one. It had been closed for over a month. It is still being advertised like it is open!

Review 6：The breakfast buffet was excellent! Friendy staff. Beautiful old hotel. Nice to have safe parking right at the hotel in the center of the city!

Review 8：Needed hotel in central location whilst I was enrolling at university. Clean and comfortable without luxury! Basic adequate facilities. Could improve by having extras like a restaurant cafe/light lunch etc. hotel too quiet - would benefit from music/TV world news etc in lobby area. Overall good hotel.

Review 12：The apartment room woth air conditioning because it was 37 degrees in August! Apparently it is the only room with air conditioning!!! So they might need to upgrade all the other rooms!

Review 13：We were most disappointed with service and variety of breakfast. There were no staff in the kitchen during our stay, and the receptionist didn't know how to prepare espresso, she was impolite and told me, that I force her to make me a coffee. Breakfast was not worth it at all. In the room we couldn't close doors to the bathroom properly. It caused lack of privacy for each of us. We had no electricity in the morning in the room, and we had to call to reception to fix this problem. My bed was creacking loudly.

Review 19：Room decor could have been better, if you are accustomed to shower it is a tub with a wand which is fine with me but some are not accustomed to this. I need internet as I am traveling on business, and the hotel had WiFi but it did not extend to my room :(

Review 29：For some reason, no shower. A very nice bathtub with a shower wand, if you like to take a bath! Just makes no sense to not have a shower curtin and a high place to hang the shower wand.

The breakfast was made by the same element like anywhere else in CE, but it was easy to recognize that they put some more efforts to make it better than all the rest. I'm travelling a lot every week and this place is the best so far for me in Czech republic! Try it with confidence!

Review 37：The hotel edifice is one of the most beautiful art nouveau buildings in the Czech Republic. I was very happy to discover that this building was restored. Our stay was comfortable, the room had a nice view to a park behind the museum and the staff was friendly.

Review 66：We spend two nights. When we came back second day the room was very poor cleaned. The beds were poorly embedded, worse then my children manage, and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The towels were left untouched and two of them were dirty. I dont demand clean towels but two should have been replaced and the rest folded properly. It is a fantastic hotel with great potential but they have to work more with the staff.

Review 67：We had the suite and it was absolutely fantastic. A marvelous room and a romantic place to spend some nights in. Situated perfectly in the town and the building is a fantastic piece of architecture. It was much better then on the pictures at Booking.com. They should take new, better, pictures because it is a very nice place.

Review 69：The Art Nouveau atmosphere was ubiquitous, all details matched the era, although the hotel's budget apparently isn't too high (but you stay for a very reasonable price). The staff were amazing. The location is perfect.

Review 70：The dining room for breakfast was fantastic, it's just a shame thestaff didnt give the same impression. Although we arrived at 9.30am(breakfast finishes at 10) the selection was pretty poor. The 2 staff didnot even greet us and of them looked like she was just sat at a tablechatting to a friend whilst playing on her phone. Also, we arrived atthe hotel on the hottest day of the year and the air conditioning didnot work in our room. These problems would not deter us from stayingthere again though.
