Review 1：We were told the kitchen was open till 21h and then at 20.50 when we came to eat we were told it was closed. However they did eventually give us some food! The bedrooms could maybe do with modernisation but yet the old furniture gives it a certain charm.

Review 11：We were very happy with our stay at the Panoramahotel Wolfsberg. We arrived late in the evening, having only booked the room online minutes before, but the staff was very helpful. The view while we ate breakfast in the morning was amazing. It was a good value and we enjoyed our stay!
Review 12：We did not expect to be on the ground floor, meaning bushes that took part of the wonderful view away and gave a limited safe feeling while sleeping with the window wide open. To have us moved up did not work out because it was entirely booked. So, just call about the room before arrival if you care too.

Review 26：The breathtaking views from our first floor window across the rape fields to the hills beyond, hearing only birdsong when you're standing outside the hotel, or at your bedroom window, the sauna which was beautifully designed, and had a wonderful view out over the countryside – overall we had a super stay and it was very hard to leave!

Also rented bikes from Bad Schandau and rode along the Elbe. ~ Realize this hotel is somewhat remote from Bad Schandau -- and that was fine for us.
Review 29：You need a car to access this hotel. It is on the top of a hill with no public transportation. There is elevator and you'll need to climb many stairs to rach your rooms.

Review 35：Even though there she problem of communication because the staff only spoke German (acceptable for little hotel in the German countryside), we where able to communicate. The offered us a lift to the center of the town as we where backpacking. Great breakfast and staff.
Review 36：I cannot mention any minuses, especially if you realize from thebeginning that the hotel is located on the edge of the forest on thehill outside of any town or village, so you definitely need a car if youwant to visit all the famous places and tracks of the area, unless youlike to walk really a lot.
Review 37：Own parking places, breakfast is good and has sufficient variety ofchoices, restaurant cuisine is also tasty.You know, when you come to thehotel there are always some small things that are not working as youexpect or something is missing, but not in this hotel - nice, cleanrooms with all the facilities, no problems with towels/bed-clothes/shower/toilet/hot water/heating (we stayed inthe winter), hair-drier and a lot of hangers are there.

Review 39：Very quiet hotel located in good walking country miles from anywhere but within easy driving distance of all the sights of "Saxon Switzerland" Limited English but very pleasant staff; excellent self service breakfasts and good dinners. Grilled trout was perfect. The reception notice says "Cash or German Credit Cards only" but my UK prepaid Euro (Caxton FX) card was accepted OK. Recommended.
