Review 1：I have used booking.com many times and stayed in Mannheim at a few different hotels in my travels and this was the most dissapointing and the only one I have given such a poor rating on. The room was so bad I only stayed one night and did inform management that i will be posting a low review.They where not in the least bothered!

Review 3：I was surprised, that there was no place to store luggage, although I was told I could leave it for a short time in front of the little reception desk. I did not feel that was secure enough so took it with me.

Review 5：very unfriendly stuff, and no reception, no even a title of the hotel name on its main door. the room is not bad but not good, but deserves one star. not three.
Review 6：It wasn't particularly clean, even though we were told to walk around town for 2 hours while the room was cleaned. There was no fridge (which becomes kind of important during a European heatwave), no air con or fan and no kettle. The room was facing the very busy road and the bright hotel sign. We had to have the west-facing windows open because it was so hot in the room, so it was also very bright and noisy. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna in the middle of a four-lane highway in broad daylight.

Review 10：Bei unserer Buchung wurde ein Fehler gemacht und wir mussten die erste Nacht in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Das Personal hat sich dafür nicht entschuldigt, sondern war eher unfreundlich. Wir mussten sehr lange diskutieren, bis eingesehen wurde, dass die Übernachtung vom Hotel übernommen werden muss. Letztendlich wurde alles verrechnet, aber der Weg dahin war lang und das Personal nicht professionell.

Review 14：Breakfast was much to expensive for re-baked breadrolls and a couple of slices of cooked meat and cheese.Even in the bathroom, only one set of curtains, either opened or closed. This meant that if they were open people across the street could see you on the toilet or in the shower !!! Spend a little bit more and chose another hotel - Booking.com has a wide choice !

Review 16：For the trip the internet was necessary. The first day it was ok, but then it stopped working. The staff ignored the problem. We checked out 1 day earlier but we still had to pay for the extra day.
