Review 1：Smoke entering room via balcony. Personnel was ok but not overly service-oriented.
Review 2：Great room (very spacy with couch and sitting area), good breakfast, delicious dinner. Good location to explore Harz.
Review 3：People who have rooms on the second floor of the hotel are subject to smoke from people smoking in the outside bar area and also from other rooms where people smoke on the their balconies .
