Review 1：Although I was sitting in a nonsmoking part of the restaurant, during dinner the staff moved smokers from the smoking section right next to me. I do not understand why

Review 3：Employees in restaurants were not friendly during dinner and long waiting time before we got something to drink and 45 minutes before we got starter.

Review 4：Perfect location from highway, good rooms.

Review 5：These people didn't grew out of the communist system. We did only change the date of reservation of one day. Anywhere in civilized country it would have been possible, bcs we made a mistake with the dates and we wonted to correct it nearly 48 hours before the reserved date. The hotel refused it and we were charged the whole fee. This is proof of the communist remains. I recommend the booking.com not to trade anymore with this hotel.

Review 6：The lady at reception was not really communicative. At arrival just took my credit card and asked nothing, just subtracted the money. Than I pointed out, that I need a single invoice, about the accommodation and restaurant bills, due to being on a business trip. She was not keen to help, just said, it is not possible now, as she invoiced the room.. I also don't understand why we have to pay in advance (in some hotels), when I booked through Booking, have all the details filled and have a long track record of booked hotels. :(. Also it was not the first time for me in this hotel.

Review 7：Location, easy access from the motorway. Restaurant staff was kind, food was good!

Review 8：Before arrival the hotel send us a mail where they wanted us to leave earlier/change our booking because they needed our room.

Review 9：After mailing with the manager they provided compensation. Loved the suite we got, nice spacious rooms with balcony. Nice breakfast.

Review 10：It is not logical to ask to leave the room by 10.00 a.m. when breakfast is served until 10.30 a.m. I suggest to change the rule for leaving the rooms till 11.00 a.m.

Review 11：Receptionist was very grumpy, her name was Alena. Was very uninterested, she was obviously playing a computer game while helping me. I had the idea she couldn't care less.

Review 27：We arrived late 22.50 on Tuesday evening 20/05/14 but still managed to enjoy a fantastic two course dinner and a relaxing drink. This was appreciated as it had been a long and stressful day in terms of kilometres covered and meetings with clients.

Review 28：Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at the desk. The bathroom was kept spick and span and the room was clean without cigarette smell.

Review 29：The internet went down on a fully booked night, apparently the network was overloaded. This is UNACCEPTABLE on a business trip, especially staying at the "congress centre". Also, despite the explicit desire for double beds they were twin beds; we were able to move them ourselves which unearthed some dirt under the beds - but I imagine it would be the same in every hotel room.

Review 31：The Only downside of this great hotel, that if your going for tourism, well its about 8-10 km away from the city center. By the hotel there is literally nowhere to go on foot.

Review 32：The Hotel I have to say is excellent. The hospitality at this hotel is just undescribable. They try to do anything to please there host. they facility is very good , and modern. Rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant is one of the best in town. There is a wine restaurand at the hotel downstairs, which a good place for just hangin out. The hotel also is 2km away from Olympia shopping center. Its very good hotel for business people, because of the meeting rooms available here.
