Review 1：Staff not very cheerful or professional in some cases. Mostly aloof. Hotel lacked an obvious manager/leader as overall coordinator of functions.

Review 32：No exhaust fan in the bathroom, very limited wine selection and not much if anything by the glass, no bar area for casual business, the front desk struggled to speak English and I struggled with how to ask for another washcloth. The hotel has a green theme, yet I received 6 pages of paper at check out. They should offer online (TV maybe) checkout.
Review 33：We wish the hotel had a bar area where clients could relax and discuss business while having an after work drink. The hotel was clean, conveniently located and it offered a good nights rest. We also liked the green nature of the hotel.

Review 40：A gem in a small town in Chile "I stopped in one night in Talca, an agricultural town my way to the south of Chile. There's not much to see in Talca, but the hotel was great. Comfortable rooms, a small pool on the roof, a "gym" with only 2 cardio machines, but a wonderful Chinese massage chair (!). Good dinner, good breakfast, nice patio, friendly staff."

Outside it is noisy, too and the room gets very warm without air condition or open window. - There is no light in the room except small bed and table lights. - Only one of the two elevators worked. - No paper napkins in the bath. - No "eco" anywhere to justify the name of the hotel.
