Review 1：The restaurant options were some what limited. We had planned on eating at the Lakeside restaurant one evening. Earlier in the day we were told it would be open until 9:00PM. When we went down at 7:00PM we found it was closed. In fact as it turned out it was only open a couple of nights each week. Our only other option was in the main restaurant where they served a buffet dinner - I do not like care for buffets so we adventured out to one of the local restaurants.

Review 2：Great spa facility with three great golf courses. Did manage to have dinner in the Lakeside restaurant (after finding out it was only open a couple of days each week) and had a very enjoyable meal while watching the boating activity on the lake.

Review 3：Really poor wifi, air conditioning thats so weak, it pretty much doesnt exist. It was really hot so it was a really big problem. I think I wouldn't go there again just because of the ac. :(

Review 11：Late check-out was not possible, although the hotel was not overbooked. Also, last year there was a gourmet menu in the restaurant Villa am See, but now there is only Caesar salad and Wiener schnitzel

Review 13：The mattress I had was terrible. I think it was just bad luck on my side of the but I could not sleep for hours because the mattress was completely deformed. It seemed like an overweight person slept on it before me. The fact that we had to leave the Spa at 15h on check-out date, despite information that we could use it until 17h, due to another event taking place at the Hotel. €9 for outdoor parking without any extra feature (e.g., shade/rain protection for the cars) is a very steep price.

Review 14：The Spa facilities and the possibility to use them beyond the check-out time. The amazing breakfast, one of the best I've ever had. The room was cozy and the amenities were very nice.

Review 15：I love everything about this place. Great location, forest and lake, really good SPA, golf club, great food, convinient rooms. You can find everything you need for a great vacation there!
