Review 1：I had to change my plans 20 minutes after made reservation which was nonrefundable... so I ask hotel for cancelation but they refused. I understand the rules... Hotel was right to do that but that does not mean I feel well treated.

Review 2：Waiters, building (old block flats), Internet not working in rooms, extra services advertise on web (massage, wellness, hairdresser) are actually external companies renting space in hotel
