Review 1：The location is bad. I had a conference in Cologne and every day to get to university of cologne from the train station was a big mission. I had to walk 1 km to the Frechen Bf tram stop from where it took 25 min to get to neumarkt. The first day they cleaned the bathroom a bit but did not make the bed. So the next day I put the 'Please clean the room' tag and then they cleaned the bathroom more thoroughly but still did not make the bed! I did not have time for discussing which is why I did not ask why. The breakfast does not offer a lot of variety. Two yoghurts, 2-3 kinds of meat slices, 2-3 müslis, boiled egg and 2-3 kinds of bread. Perhaps some people might not feel it is worth 7.5 euros. The breakfast tables were not cleaned quick enough so that they had a lot of bread crumbs. At one point I couldn't find a clean table even though most were empty. If they pay attention to the details, this hotel can do much better. I would still stay in b&b hotels simply because it is so reasonable.
Review 2：The price was very reasonable and the coffee was delicious. The coffee machine offered a variety of coffees which is often not the case in a lot of hotels.

Review 4：Good location, only if you're travelling by car. Clean, quiet, breakfast simple but enough food. Wi-Fi connection very very bad.
Review 5：lack of facilities in room - no tea or coffee equipment - most important as there is nothing worth having on site and the local area has only burger bars and no shops for food...
Review 6：Location to motorways extremely good if only staying overnight - not much else to recommend it - Rooms clean and basically comfortable - breakfast average but acceptable.
Review 7：The top level overlooked the bottom level, so there was no way to separate the sound or light from one level to another. (We had a baby and had to be quiet so we didn't wake her.) We didn't know about the use of the kiosk to check in until after we had waited over an hour for the front desk worker to return.
Review 8：The family room was 2 stories with two twin beds on the second level and a queen on the main level. Very spacious for families. The bathroom was small, but clean. There was a kiosk at the front door that allowed you to check in when the desk clerk was not there.
Review 9：Hotel doesn't have an iron!!!!!!!Quiet surprised and annoyed as after repeated request also was not arranged by staff even if we are ready to pay for it.
Review 10：Can't complain at the absence of luxuries when you pay that price, so no real problems.
Review 11：A reasonable walk takes you to the city train and straight into Koln. Helpfully let us check in early so we could get into Koln.
Review 12：situated in a scruffy area with closed down businesses around Is very dated looking with the rooms in need of a total renovation. As a result the old fittings such as sink/taps etc look dirty. Only have vending machine for beverages with no kettle in room.

Had breakfast at the nearby Burger King althoughcouyld have paid for breakfast at hotel. Be aware that the Burger Kingcoes not open until 9am!
Review 29：Staff was loud (yelling and knocking against the walls) in the morningwhile cleaning other rooms and the desk person did not want to provideclean towel when the cleaning staff had departed.

Review 31：The greeting on arrival, the lady a the desk spoke good English and wasvery helpful on our questions to her. The room was clean and we had agood night's sleep after our very long journey from Bavaria, thebreakfast in the morning was also nicely laid out.

The reception is open from 06:30 until 22:00 from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays and Sundays, it is open from 07:30 until 12:00 and from 17:00 until 22:00.Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to call the hotel in advance.
