Review 1：This is an old soviet era hotel, which has its charm but is in much need of further renovation. The bed was broken, when I looked under the mattress I found stained sheets. I had to ask reception twice to send someone up and the girl at reception did not seem very undertanding. After a room move everything was fine. Though when on my way down to check out the electronics in the elevator went bezerk and I almost got trapped.

Review 4：Perfect location next to the railway station. Good breakfast buffet and we were even able to have a breakfast box with us due to early departure. WiFi signal was strong. And not at least - a very fair price.

Review 5：Very hot in the room. Stuff do not speak English at all. My room had some technical problem so i got free voucher for a dinner. I placed the order and after 10 min i has been informed3by stuff at i cant order this dinner on free voucher so i changed meal and again after 5min the same. So i went from this restaurant. I will never be back !

Review 7：The parking was not free, as indicated by booking.com. In this very hot days, the room had no A/C and it was terribly hot inside! I could not make any phone calls from my room: room phone not working. When I asked to make it from the reception (and charge my room), they denied, why??

Review 9：I note it is now part of Clarion Group. Everything was fine, clean & worked. However the property was not to same standard as recent stay at Clarion in Olomouc. However this hotel was far better value than hotel in Olomouc.

Review 52：The window doesn't have any dark shade, at five in the morning the sun was coming into the room very strongly. Outside was 30 deegre, inside the room 40, there wasn't any sheet, only a fether for very cold weather. I coulnd't sleep but a made a sauna for two days.

Review 53：Hotel is typical Eastern European bloc from the 1960s/1970s. Whilstit has survived into the 21st Century, it is in bad need of updating.Rooms inside look tired, plaster/window frames in poor condition.Corridors look gloomy.

Review 55：I didn't like that it was impossible to switch off heating or at leastreduce the heat. Also receptionist tried to help me about it, theheating worked as if nothing was done. Many cannot talk/understandEnglish nor French. Due to its size one would expect the hotel isinternational, maybe a training for one or the other waiter would help.Great though, an elderly receptionist who talked perfect German!

Review 56：THe hotel is situated opposite the trainstation, which is great forshort stays. The area is lively with shops, a market, restaurants andcafés around.The walk to the city centre takes about 25 minutes.Employees at the reception and café-bar were very friendly and easy-going. For ex. It was no problem to carry up a beer to the room whenbar closed.

Review 57：The exterior of the hotel hasn't changed from soviet times, so as theelevators. Hotel windows are in very poor condition.

The booking.com price was 57 euros but the price thereceptionist quoted was 500 czk more so we made the booking onbooking.com right at reception. The room we had was terribly hot and wecould not keep the windows open as it was broken. The rooms here arehotter than in the old buildings as the old buildings have way betterinsulation. We managed to keep the window open by using a bottle andthe whole night we were disturbed by the the guest in the next room whohad a cough and every time we managed to fall asleep he would cough andwake us up. It was a terrible night. In the morning we found it hard towake up and go in time for breakfast. Breakfast was cleared even as wewere eating and when I asked the waiter for an extra tea bag heactually groaned.
