Review 1：No exchange service. Combined with no bank in close neighberhood and short banking hours in the Chech republic overall may really cause a trouble..

Review 5：The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. we put the quilts on the mattresses to make them a little softer. If it had been a colder night we would have been in trouble. Also our room had no airconditioner.

Review 26：Seeing stacked chairs when leaving the lift; it gives the wrong ambience in an otherwise pleasant hotel. Steps to and from the lift to access the bedroom make it difficult with a suitcase and no ramps. Breakfast staff were not intrusive but their conversations with one another were. Wifi in room worked in the evening but not in the morning but I had been warned about poor Wifi in the room by evening Reception staff. Since the hotel did not seem to be overly occupied, I would have expected all guests to have been given rooms with good Wifi.

Review 27：Reception staff both in evening and on leaving were welcoming and efficient. Restaurant staff in the evening were hospitable and service was good. Evening meal was good and well-served. Special request had been managed efficiently. Comfortable venue with character and architecturally interesting. Occasional seating areas for guests outside the bedrooms.

Review 28：Very nice hotel conveniently located in one of the town's two squares. Our room was modern, spacious & quiet, with parking right outside. We had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with directions.

Review 33：Excellent hotel. Did a 3 day stop before going to Prague. The rooms are fitted out with solid furniture and albeit a little retro it is excellent and gives a sense of quality. The staff in the restaurant are very professional and the manager maintains a tight ship. Breakfast was top of the shop with plenty of choice and excellent omelets if you required. all in all an ideal location and brilliant hotel for the area.

Review 36：The information says that there is a parking. It is locate just in frontof the hotel in the square, However, you cannot park there on Wednesdaynight, because early morning on Thursday the square is been cleaned andall cars cannot stay. The solution suggestion per the hotel is to parkin a public parking close to the hotel. For a four stars hotel I wasdisapointed with the breakfast as there was not so much choice. Thebathroom is small.

Review 39：Beautiful building in a great location. Extremely helpful, friendly, English-speaking staff. Spa/sauna hours limited, but staff happy to open the place up at any time for guests, as they did for us. Room clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Poorly equipped minibar - everything on the list was there (less than 10 items) but the fridge still looked half empty (no still wine, no spirits, poor selection of soft drinks).

Review 42：The room was amazing. A spiral staircase from entrance to upper floor. A separate bedroom with a sitting room. Bathroom was extremely large and lovely. Beds comfortable. Restaurant was very good and the service amazing.

Review 45：The room should be refurnished. The wellness centre and indoor pool is open only from 1700 to 2100 and closed on Saturday and one day during week.

Review 46：Heating system could perhaps be up-graded? It was winter but my room was too hot and I had to open the windows for fresh air during the night. Even then it really was too warm. When I mentioned this at the desk they said that visitors are more likely to complain that the rooms aren't warm enough. This suggests there is some problem keeping a steady temperature between, say, 19 and 23 degrees celsius? I stayed in a Prague hotel the following night which was perfect so I don't think I was being over-sensitive, it really was too hot.
