Review 1：This is not a real hotel. More like a B&B but not a very good one. No lift, breakfast very dull and reception just at certain hours so if you arrive before or after you cannot go in and have to wait on the street.
Review 2：Staff did not provide Internet code and was not able to be located even during business hours posted. Hotel Advertised English speaking staff but did not speak English at the front desk. Arrangement for key after hours did not happen (we had a later flight and this was coordinated in advance since it was past checkin hours). Cleaning staff entered our room without knocking prior to check out time. Traffic noise in room 6.

Review 4：no communal bar/lounge area. Wifi did not reach to rooms at the end of the corridor. Very loud with window open at night, which was required due to lack of AC.

Review 25：Extremely close to S-Bahn station where you can take the S-2 to the airport just one stop away. Quiet rural neighborhood. Room was clean and had plenty of charging outlets. Well lit.

Review 27：The S-Bahn station is only 150m from hotel, takes only 3 minutes to Stuttgart exhibition area and the airport. The room was clean and newly equipped. Parking free of charge.
Review 28：Cleanliness, modern, spacious, free internet. We forgot to see ifEnglish was spoken which it wasn'T. With just a few key phrases inGerman, we were able to get answers to our questions and information. Weenjoyed being close to a small shopping/eating area and the airport.
Review 29：We were situated in basemant app. I choose this place because of internet, and there wasn't internet at all. I was calling the Mrs on reception for half an hour but she wouldn't come. Than I called her on the phone and she didn't know who is calling and than answered and told me that is with internet everything ok on the reception, but we was in the basement and on the reception and on first floor but there was no internet. Not only we, the other guests from hotel was walking on parking traying find internet signal. That was unpleasant experience!

I had to leave a day early, and had to pay 80% of the room rate - which was already pricey (probably due to the fact there was a large trade fair at the Messe). Front door to hotel wasn't open when I arrived - I had to call.
Review 34：Great location for Stuttgart Messe. 5mins walk to train station, then just 1 stop on train. Good internet (wired only, but they gave me a cable), clean, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Limited parking on site, but it was free.
Review 35：As we went on a business trip in Filderstadt, via booking.com I bookedthis hotel for accommodation over the internet because it seemedconvenient and is well located near the S-Bahn, which is goodCommunication with an airport and Stuttgart. But it was totallydisappointed when we arrived because the hotel was locked at 3.00 pm,the phone ringing and nobody would answer. We were waiting 25 minutes inthe rain and in the end from neighboring houses an old lady came to usand gave room opened triumphantly concluding that we have reserved room(!) Without a single word apologies! The hotel is small and not bad, buthas impractical bathrooms because there are no showers, but only drainon the floor and curtains so that having shover the whole floor is wet.
