Review 1：2 beds with different heights in master bedroom. No WIFI at the rooms. Staff didn't understand english. No supermarket in the direct neighboorhood.

Review 2：It was extremely noisy and last guests went to bed around 2:30.x.

Review 6：Awful beds. No sleep at all. Room wasn't that clean. Not a nice smell in the rooms, this is at least 2 different rooms we've stayed in. Couch was sunk in the middle, terribly uncomfortable. No cups to drink with.

Review 8：Dirty, shower blocked had to clean the drain myself, cooking utensils unusable with burnt on food. Beds 20 year old mattress dirty blankets very uncomfortable.

Review 11：Spacious ,warm and clean good facilities.great view of the mountains.met all our requirements.bus stop outside for easy access to soldeu and other towns.very quite at night with a great restaurant just next door called la clar de l artesa .food and service excellent overall an enjoyable holiday

Review 12：There was no internet although it had been advertised as having free wifi, and the central heating didn't work. We were met on arrival but other than this there were no members of staff around, reception didn't open and we were left wondering what to do with the keys at check out
