Review 1：Lack of staff about during the middle of the day, to answer questions .

Review 2：Great location, nice apartment, felt like home. Only 100mtrs to thermal pool. Nice and clean.

Review 3：A misunderstanding in that there is only a limited time there is anyone there to check in new people. We missed that timeline so we were without a room for one night. No one answered the phone that one is supposed to call during off hours. Once checked in, a person is on their own at least until the next day during check in hours. Not a bad thing just a good thing to be aware of before hand. My dislike is that booking.com let us make a same night reservation after the time we could check in. They arranged for us not to be charged though, which was appreciated.

Review 4：Clean, comfortable bed, small kitchen. A great place to be for the spa, easy to walk to the train station and free train tickets. Our room had a porch with a drying rack and there was laundry downstairs.

Review 9：- Everything else. - The room was advertised as a room with bath, the room didn't include a bath. The entire hotel was fully booked during our stay and very noisy. Hotel staff is only available between 14:00 and 18:00 hours, outside these hours it is impossible to get staff. Hotel is not worth it's money.

Review 11：For the group I was in,it was perfect. Even though the staff didn't speak much English they were very helpful. Rooms are excellent with loads of room.very comfortable.

Review 12：Travelling with a friend asked for twin beds and we each essentially had our own room with single bed. One in the bedroom/kitchen & one in the bed/living room. Practical but nice, balcony, nice shower room. Quite. The staff were nice about our late arrival too.
