Review 1：Set in the beautiful surroundings - amid the park, this hotel is located in the same building as the thermal complex - just put on your bathorobe and there you are! The restaurant was very good as well, lots of free parking places. Mystical place!

Review 2：Great swimming pool, free of charge in the morning (7-9:30) for the hotel guests. Good choice of meal for breakfast. Nice and quiet surroundings. Free parking.

Review 3：Park around hotel is rather small so be ready to do your jogging along residentional streets. No tea-coffee station in the room either lobby. There is no outside pool. Thermal complex is free for the hotel guests only from 7 to 9-30am (brealfast is in the same time limit), when saunas and spa parts are closed. Restuarant is not cozy, food is average.

Review 4：Thermal and spa complexes are in the same building. Bathrobes in the room. Physio clinic is in the same building. Vast parking, elevator are comfortable for big luggage. Staff do speak good English.

Review 9：We stopped here on our way from Dresden to Luxembourg, being about half way. Never been to the town before and found it to be a little gem. The hotel is situated 20 minutes walk from the centre of Bad Hersfeld in a suberban park where the spa and thermal facilities are. The hotel itself provides some of these facilities. Very peaceful, excellent breakfast (we didn't have dinner in the restaurant so cannot comment) and helpful and friendly staff.

Review 11：This is one of our favourate hotels in Bad Hersfeld. It is a very reposing place right on the Kurpark. Very relaxing after a day in the car and then there is the Festspiele in town in the summer that we simply do not want to miss!

Review 12：The hotel reminded us of a home for elderly people or a hospital. The staff in the resturant was ignorant and insolent. We ordered a bottle of red wine which was undrinkable because it was distroyed by the cork. When we complained the waitress took the bottle and gave it to the chef who tasted it and told us that the wine was fine. The bottle was opened when it came to the table and when I asked to see the cork the waitress refused to fetch it. As a skilled wine-taster I found this behavior extrodinary. This was the worst experiance I have ever had.

Review 13：Absolutely nothing.

Review 14：These are not complaints, just advisories for American travelers such as myself. There is no wash cloth in the bathroom, I went and bought one downtown for a Euro. They do not provide complimentary shampoo or lotion, but that is normal for European Hotel. The front desk staff speaks English, but the dining room people didn't. They did have a menu in English. This is a really nice hotel, very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Review 15：Sits adjacent to beautiful city park and very near the river Fulda. Very nice dining room with excellent breakfast provided. Room quite comfortable in the European sense. Rooms are very quiet, no major roads nearby, trains running nearby are very quiet. They now have free wifi in the rooms, I was told this was new by non-hotel personnel. The hotel is attached to thermal Spa facility, which many guests come here to use. This hotel is also very convenient to the Altstadt, the "Old Town" section, which has very nice shopping and restaurants.
