Review 1：This was a busy hotel but the service provided was outstanding. Nothing was too of ann effort. We had a great room over looking the market square Fabulous!

Review 3：I arrived at the Michelin star restaurant L'étable at 20:10 and was told, that the chef left at 20:00 so no more food could be served. I don't think that 20:10 is very late on a Thursday evening, so I was very disapointed !

Review 4：The hotel is a little old but very cozy. Place right in the middel of town, with a nice pool + spa area. Great breakfast and inhouse Michelin star restaurant.

Review 5：We had requested quiet rooms but were placed at the front of the hotel. The Christmas Markets were on and the music was so loud, it was a bit disappointing. There was no bath in the bathroom or tea/coffee making facilities. It's quite pricey for what it is too.

Review 6：The hotel is located right in the centre of Bad Hersfeld. The staff were really helpful and had great English. There is a lot of character to the hotel with exposed beams & quirky room lay outs. We ate in the restaurant and both our meals were really good. The breakfast buffet was fresh & tasty & had a good range.
