Review 1：Unskilled, inexperienced and very "cold" staff. There was variety of food to choose from at breakfast but the quality was not very good. Although I have paid cash on arrival they have charged also my credit card! Booking.com did nothing about it and I solved it by myself!!!!!

Review 4：The location near the airport served me well. The hotel is contemporary with a nice bathroom in a pretty quiet neighborhood. The free parking (at the time) was a good bonus.

Review 9：The staff seemed to get on very well together. We found that there was a great atmosphere in the hotel we deduced that it came from good management . The food was excellent both at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evenings . We had dinner three evenings.

Review 11：Excellent hotel very close to the airport. Free parking and easy to park. They treated us very well and even keep our lugagge after the check-out time for several hours. Wifi was free and fast.

Review 12：I was unable to lock my room door on exit and had to wait for someone to come and fix it. There was no TV remote in my room so I couldn't watch TV/news in morning.This should always be checked when the room is prepared?

Review 15：Hotel is clean and soundproof excellent. Big rooms. Staff very helpful, kind and fast during service especially Turkish young man at bar / restaurant. Price / quality is one of the reasons we booked the hotel, thus very close to shopping outlet in Metzingen. Free parking. Dinner quality was much better than expected. We will definitively go back when in the area.

Review 23：It was a bit far from exhibition venue , moreover the staff at receptionwas not gentle but insolent , they were unable to issue an invoice inline with our booking by confusing the dates and amounts keeping mewaiting for almost one hour and they did not take care of me but theyalleged there was not such a booking but at the end after I have provenit showing my bookings they finally saw that I was right and theycontinued their arrogant behavior. Finally we left without havingbreakfast properly which was paid as well in order not to miss ourplane! I never ever will stay at this hotel again by telling to ourfriends and company clients to do so in the future!!

Review 34：The staff could really use some training on friendliness. Some of them were very crude and made me feel like it is a priviledge to stay there, and I am "just another business traveler". When I asked if there were any breakfast options before 6am (I had to leave around 5:30), the receptionist simply said "No" and turned around and walked away without giving me any alternatives or suggestions.

Review 35：The location of the hotel is really nice, it's not right bey the airport, so you don't have airplane noise and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the airport. The spa and wellness center was awesome.

Review 40：I spesifically ordered a none smoking twin room but when i arrived they gave us a double room. When i complain the staff make fun of me. At the end they gave us a twin room which was smoking and i had headache the day after.

Review 41：This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Again, I have nothing to complain about it. The hotel is quite new and modern. The wellness area is a plus, even for a few days. The saunas is a great place to relax. Excellent option to go to Metzingen.

Review 42：There was no hot water in the evening. After a busy day all I needed was to get back to the room and have a shower. The water was freezing. I was told the technician was on his way to the hotel facilities but the problem wasn't solve until 23:30. All the staff could do was to apologise. Quite disappointing way of dealing with the problem, I would have appreciated a little gesture in order to compensate the inconvenience.

Review 44：I've booked double/twin room...and we were given single room with handicap facility. 1 bed with duvet for 1. 1 towel. hardly functional tv remote. SPA facility with out of order shower and hardly warm sauna cabin. fixture and fittings throughout need immediate attention. great location for flight connections out of Stuttgart ..otherwise overpriced average hotel.

Review 46：Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Metro station is far away. There is a frequent transfer to the airport (and metro station), BUT hotel charges 5 euro per person. From airport to hotel it is free. Not good if you do not come with a car.

Review 48：It took so long for our food to come and there were very few people there. My Caesar salad did not have Caesar dressing... why do you call it a Caesar salad???? The lettuce was limp and I didn't enjoy it.

Review 52：Bar closed by 2045!Only food left at 2045 was the remnants of a buffet which had been sitting there since 1800. They wanted to charge me 25 euros for this. Breakfast was again a buffet but everything had gone cold .
