Review 1：When we arrived in the afternoon the hotel was locked and the phone was not answered. Only hours later we could check in. Many guests were disappointed and did not get any information.

Review 19：The staff disappeared after breakfast in the morming. The front door was locked. We rang the doorbell, no answer. The interior door leading to the breakfast room and the lobby was locked. No room cleaner was around. We could unlock the night entrance door with our room key and went back upstairs to leave it in the room.Strange.
