Review 1：Everything was excellent.

Review 2：The chief that prepared our breakfast on the 23rd of December is of the best I have ever seen, the meals she prepared were Artistic Masterpieces in addition to being delicious.

Review 3：I disliked nothing. Breakfast was ok, not wonderful. There was a door in my bedroom backed onto another room and if the neighbours had been noisy I would have been disturbed, but they were not.

Review 11：It was literally a suffering hot day and the air conditioner did it work in the room. We had the windows wide open and the night was pretty misersble. We were tired from traveling, and had to leave quite early the next morning. It was a short night to begin with. Then it rained in the window. The irony was when we left early the next morning, the lobby was freezing cold.

Review 12：The eating on the patio late at night was great , considering the day was hot. Great dessert. Probably the best we had the entire month Eutopean tour.

Review 13：Bedroom particularly well designed, with a built in desk with a flared edge at the right angle that gave plenty of room for tablet, laptop, papers. The hotel was convenient to friends in the city, is also convenient to parks, National Theater.

Review 16：Asked for a quiet room away from the road - also requested at the time of booking. Got a room on the main road anyway. When I asked to change I was told to pay an additional €15 Euros per night as these are reserved for business rooms. Reluctantly I 'upgraded' and took a room on the other side of the corridor! The room was IDENTICAL but with air conditioner that only blew hot air. Also a road outside (although a bit farther away!). This is a rip off and I would not have chosen this hotel if this policy was made clear at the time of booking - VERY UNHAPPY!!

Review 18：We checked out on Tuesday 7th April, The queue at reception was extremely slow moving. By the time we got to check out, it took the receptionist at least 20 mins to complete. I have never experienced such a slow check out before!

Review 32：The hotel did not honor the nest price. The day following the booking, I saw on Booking.com that the room was available for less money. Printed it out and gave it to reception at check-in but because we "booked at a certain price" that was that. (Admittedly, the price difference was slight, but the hotel should have honored the best price if it states it will do so). Left a very poor impression of the hotel and staff.

Review 33：Good location with pleasant rooms. Quite clean and comfortable.There is free on-street parking overnight in front of the hotel - just put a little money in the meter by 9AM the next morning. No need to use expensive parking.

The maid made the bed and replaced towels each day but did not clean the room. The shower leaked water all over the floor.

Review 84：The staff was friendly. The room standard was ok, and the room was keptfairly clean. The showers had good water pressure. There was a coffeemaker in the room. I was allowed an early check-in and late check-outwithout any problems. There was no noise from other rooms.

Review 105：That the only option for breakfast was a buffet that was very expensive. We are light eaters and you could not even get coffee unless you opted for the buffet. Also we arrived on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm and they had no restaurant open for even a light snack, just the bar. Having never been to the city we had to just go out walking until we could find a place to eat. And again this hotel indicated that there was free wifi in the rooms, but it did not work with the pass code they gave us. The only place we could get connect was in the lobby. Not great if you were planning on down work related activities.

Review 106：The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. It was pretty close to an area for sightseeing and dinner options, (but you had to find it yourself as the desk personnel was not helpful with directions). The walk from the train station was convienent.

The room was air refreshed by thestaff, but was still not helpful. Not cool for allergy sufferers.Hotel staff had given our rooms away. Hotel Staff stated that smoking rooms were not preferred at time of booking. There was no option to request a non-smoking room on this site.
