Review 11：Good location opposite a very pleasant and relaxing park. Buffet optionfor dinner was very good value for money and delicious. Waiters inrestaurant very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was ok - buffet butwithout any real 'personal touch'. Bad Hersfeld was a goodlocation for our needs at that stage in our trip.
Review 12：This is a four star hotel ??? Typical class-system.One-night stay will get you the last room in the Inn. 1. Very dark, can't see your face in the mirrow (Dungeon) 2. Very dangerous, high and slipery bath-tub. No safety rails. 3. Was not able to use shower. Head would not stay in the operating position. If posssible, I would appreciate if your company would recoup my expenses.
