Review 1：everything was perfect! we got an upgrade to a clean beautifull newly decorated room, the staff were so nice and did their best to make us a vegetarian dinner and breakfest the area is lovely. privat free parking.
Review 2：I imagine you guys are probably already on this, but updating the interior of the restaurant to match the quality and design of the rooms would be great.
Review 3：The newly redecorated interior was of excellent quality. The beds were very comfortable. The location was peaceful and near enough to the town and sites that we were there to see. We loved their restaurant. The food was delicious!

If you want to be on the Rhine, this is not the place, but more than makes up for in overall quality because of the people who staff the hotel.

Review 9：This has got to be the best place in Boppard, Germany! A family-owned smaller hotel on the outskirts, super quiet, offering 13 spacious and comfortable rooms; parking is free on the premises. The kitchen offers a wide variety of different foods that have to be the best in the area. We tried several other restaurants in town, and this one came out at the top, second to none. The Mayer family who who owns the place are the most gracious and wonderfully accommodating private hoteliers we have met in our 40 years in the tourism business. We're definitely going back there next year.

Review 15：If you drive there, everything will be Ok, very easy to find, lots of free parking space. But is 30km from Koblenz, without a car, don't know how to get there, may be by bus, just guess.
Review 16：The hotel is really great, very clean, very comfortable. The facilities are all brand-new. Family members are very kind and eager to help you. It's located in a small town, just besides the river, so quiet, sleep very well. Breakfast is simple but very good. Perfect for hiking.

Review 18：This hotel is above the tourist traps of the town below yet it is only about three minutes away from Boppard. The hotel has BRAND NEW renovations in the rooms and I do not think it would be possible for things to be cleaner or more sparkling. The food was excellent and the service perfect. Eiserner's is located in a beautiful German village with spectacular gardens. The towns directly along the Rhine are tourist traps in comparison to where Eiserner's hotel is located. You should choose this hotel if you want a perfect, relaxing, Rhineland experience.

We had chosen this hotel mainly due to the reviews of the good food and we can say we were not disappointed. The owners of the hotel were very nice and were keen to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here on our future visits to Boppard.

Review 51：We were shown to a standard room, despite having booked a comfort room. If I hadn't had my iPad we would have been none the wiser. The hotel's administration could not find the booking and I had to provide my own acknowledgement to verify. We were given the key to a 'comfort' room and moved our own bags. There was little apology. Breakfast was basic with no choice.

Review 69：The hotel was fabulous. It was located in a nice little neighborhood and the rooms were very large & nicely furnished with a private balcony. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and eager to assist in any way they could. They welcomed our 2 dogs, kept the kitchen open late on the night of our arrival to serve us dinner, remembered our breakfast preferences from the first morning and served us accordingly the following day, and were more than willing to handle some difficult paperwork at checkout. We really enjoyed the atmosphere they provided and would certainly stay there again. Highly recommended!
