Review 1：-No refrigerator inside the bedroom -Small room -Τhe blanket was small but I guess it's something common in German hotels since it was like that in Munich as well...
Review 2：+Clean +Helpful staff +Nice breakfast; the variety was more than ok for a 3 star hotel +Location; 250m away from the central train station in Hagen which serves many central locations in Germany and is connected with Prague, Warsaw and Amsterdam.
Review 3：The only thing was l found the bed cover a bit too heavy and the pillow not quite comfortable, but l still slept quite well.
Review 4：This is the best hotel l have stayed in , in Hagen. This was not my first stay and it won`t be my last. The friendly and helpful staff remembered me from last year and were pleased to see me again, which is nice. The hotel is spotless, literally, my room was very cosy and comfortable, with good internet facilities and lots of tv channels. l speak quite a bit of German so watching those channels was a help.

Review 7：Website says that breakfast is in the price but it was not truth as an invoice showed two prices for night and breakfast separately. In such a case the website offer shoud show two prices, for room and breakfast separately. I could not pay by card due to device brake down.It was not possible to communicate in English in the morning during check out.

Review 20：No soap tray in shower. No coffee maker in room. Small bottle of water in my room only supplied the first day. No safe in room. Bahnhofstrasse up front too noisy late at night, even with window closed. No safe in room, only at the reception. That is why I forget my passport at check-out time, which was in the safe at the front desk. It would be a nice idea, at check-out time, to ask the departing guest if he or she has anything else in the safe. Room was not cleaned one day.

Review 22：Everything. Plus when ever you leave the hotel to go out you have to give them your key, so they could go through your stuff or in your room. Room was old, bed was very uncomfortable, towel were disgusting blue old towel with a stain on it and felt like sand paper. Wifi was bad and had to pay for it.

The location - 5 minutes from the Hagen railway station, 45 minutes from Dusseldorf with the regional express trains and 68 minutes with the S-Bahn. Direct local train connections to various locations in the Rhine-Ruhr region and the Norther Rhein - Westfalia province, including Venlo, The Netherlands.
