Review 1：No wifi to late guests
Review 2：Unfortunately there was no chance to get the password for the WiFi when you arrived late to the hotel. The cleaning was good and the staff nice and friendly.
Review 3：Als wir ankamen, wurden wir unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie kein Zimmer für uns hätten, weil sie überbucht haben. Nach einer halben Stunde fand die Rezeptionistin ein Zimmer für uns in einem anderen Hotel und machte uns darauf aufmerksam, dass wir dort übernachten könnten, aber noch 20 Euro draufzahlen müssten. In der Not haben wir das dann auch gemacht, aber im Nachhinein gesprochen: eine ziemliche Frechheit. Nie wieder!
Review 4：When booking the trip, I was under the impression the hotel accepted American Express, I booked the room with AMX however they do not and it presented me with problems. They also do not mention how incredibly steep the taxes are!
Review 5：Got twin bed instead of double bed - for a couple a nightmare! Check before you arrive to be sure (luckily I could change for another room, but it was last one!)
