Review 1：Our son and his wife had a lot of noise from an elderly couple !!!! arriving in the early hours to their bedroom, That was not the hotels fault but thoughtless guests.

Review 3：Beds were not very comfortable, bedding minimal. Room was small for 4 people. No lift so stairs were manageable but tiring, especially with luggage.

Review 19：The hotel owner gave us a friendly welcome, and speaks excellent English. The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Also the hotel has a good sized car park, and WiFi. It is located very close to the cable car station, and an easy walk into the town. Our host gave us a map and recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

The hotel is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the train station/town centre but convenient for hiking trails into the hills behind and for the chair lift which has stunning views.
Review 22：This hotel, on the edge of the lovely town of Boppard, was perfect for our holiday. The two rooms we booked, one for a couple and the other for a family of five, were first class. The breakfasts were sumptuous, catering for all our tastes, adults and children, and the coffee - perfect. Freshly boiled eggs too. Much appreciated easy parking, and availability of Wifi. A real gem!!

Review 67：This is an excellent family-run hotel. We appreciated the warm welcome (and the excellent English !) of our host Jaap who seemed to work a 22-hour day. The hotel is just outside the town centre and rooms have a view of the surrounding hills and the chair-lift. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and snack-type meals were available at other times. This is a hotel to which we will certainly return.
Review 68：Pleasant host, has a lot of information about Boppard and a set of useful coupons. Room was comfortable and so was the bed. Bathroom was basic but clean and efficient. Four stairs to the top floor, no elevator. No wifi above the first floor. Good breakfast. Good, (free) parking, 10 minute walk to town, less than 20 minutes to the center.

We only stayed one night so our room was at the back of the hotel with no view but it was very clean and comfortable especially for a two star hotel. The home cooked evening meal was excellent. The breakfast was very good too. For 5.95euros you could make yourself two sandwiches (from the buffet breakfast) a drink, fruit and chocolate bar were inlcuded in the price. Enough for two people really. Car park right in front of the hotel which is a big bonus for us and only an 800m walk to the Rhine promenade.
Review 72：Very comfortable room and beautiful bathroom, with bath and shower. Welcoming hosts. Good breakfasts with choice of scrambled egg, egg and bacon or boiled eggs. Bags for making up packed lunches at breakfast were available.

Review 78：We stayed on the family floor, which has 3 separate bedrooms and a shower, and toilet. The owners were wonderful! They were eager to help in any way. Breakfast was filling with lunch meats and cheese, breads, cereals, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee and milk. We would definitely stay again.

It's located a 10 minute walk into Boppard and nice eating housesline the way. We did not eat dinner there but enjoyed the breakfastprovision. I would return to Bergschlosschen and would have nohesitation to recommend it to family and friends alike.
