Review 1：Had to wait a while to check in as room not ready but we're offered complimentary drinks.

Review 2：Quiet room despite being a hotel orientated towards young families. Nice view from the little balcony.Very pleasant staff at reception and the bar.

Review 5：The environment and utilities for massages, manicure and pedicure is not well set, the environment is dark and not nicely decorated. Specially pedicure set up is very behind, no comfortable chair to relax, and no comfort to place your feet.

Review 6：Wonderful area for rest and rejuvenation in nature. A lot of opportunities for bicycling, walking...30-40 minutes driving distance to Cesky Krumlov/Ceske Budejovice. A lot of selection from Wellness program. We use service for massages, Manicure , pedicure. Pleasant and helpful desk staff. Nice resting room with tea and fruit offered after wellness procedures.

Review 22：Dinner buffet was really bad. The way the food was presented seemed like 20 years ago. The minibar in room was empty with a note if we want something, we should order it or go to bar. Also the wi-fi password was not available in the room, but we had to get it from the front office. Surrounding of the hotel looks like left over from past times.

Review 25：The interior of the entire complex is terrible and it does not feel like a 4-star hotel. The room we had was fairly small and the layout was not the most convenient. All the added things like sauna, aqua park etc. was excluded from our room price so we had to pay a hefty extra fee on all.

Review 26：the sauna area was good. the location was also close to the lake and the staff was friendly. The balcony from the room (4th floor) was a nice to have.

Review 27：Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. The staff has a lot to learn, a broken chair on the balcony was not changed, even when asked for. Only 1/2 of the water attractions at the wellness area was in operation at one time - they switched the operation every 30(?) minutes. Understandable, as there were only few people and out of season, but unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Take it as a 3-star hotel and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Review 28：Great spot for yachting (hotel marina a few meters, renting can be arranged), decent wellness. Nice Thai dishesh in the hotel restaurant.

Review 29：The staff are unhelpful, rude and unfriendly. Promptly at 10:00am everything from bf is cleared. I wanted another cup of coffee and the waitress had just turned off the self-service machine. I said I really wanted another coffee if possible and I got the usual Czech huff and puff, eyeball roll at my request. She indignantly turned on the machine and I got another coffee. She just had to switch it on! That is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel! I could have gone to another hotel but wanted to indulge my 7yr old son with the aquapark. Even at front desk they were rude. I couldn't get the wifi to work so asked for assistance. She also huffed but I stood up and said "I'm paying lots of money to stay here and I want this service, so please help me." They need staff training in politeness.

Review 30：I liked the location, that there is a small private beach area along the lake shore, the aquapark at the hotel, nice breakfast assortment.

Review 31：No vacuum cleaning of the carpet for 6 nights. No thorough cleaning ofthe bath room for 6 nights. Response to our complaint that the drain inthe shower is not working properly - zero. Parking lots are far tonarrow. Internet was very slow.
