Review 1：personals were not so welcoming with non-german speaking people. not great place for massage. No jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is small (cannot be 2 people swimming) and cold. In the room: no phone (had to call reception with my own cell phone) no fridge, no door for the shower so we got the cold from the room, no kettle for tea/coffee. No sleepers in the room to go to the swimming pool and none given once in the pool area. Mattresses and cover are for 1 person so the beds were just side by side, which isn't nice for a couple!

Review 14：I was very disappointed by the hotel in general and don't think it is anywhere near 4* standard. It is very overpriced, hardly anyone speaks English and there is virtually no internet connection. I ate in the restaurant and although the food was ok, I was given no choice and it was insanely overpriced. I would not stay there again!

Review 18：The hotel is like a mountain retreat! Totally relaxing, with amazing facilities! The swimming pool and spa area were lovely and the restaurant served very high quality food! A fab stay!
