Review 1：No safe in bedroom. Pool towels were available but at additional cost.
Review 2：Nice swimming pool; friendly and helpful staff who recommended excellent nearby restaurants and arranged car hire; good buffet breakfast.
Review 3：It's quite near to the airport, but far from the Main Street. Not very convenient to buy things or eat. Not all the staff can speak good English, but with basic requests, you can use body language. Breakfast could be better. Internet only found near reception. Not all public area, don't even mention about room.
Review 4：With small kitchen to borrow. Staffs are very friendly, will to help and contact for you. Lobby is cozy. Clean the room everyday.
Review 5：Wonderful, helpful, and responsive staff; nice, clean rooms; good breakfast. A little bit of a walk (20 minutes) from downtown, but not prohibitively far (and less noise than hotels located closer to or in downtown).
Review 6：Mosquitos! I'd forgotten about those. Can't avoid them near the tropics. Not the hotel's fault, really, but bring your itch cream.
Review 7：Excellent location, near airport and Hanga Roa. Considered 3 star, I'd rate it 3.5 The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Breakfast is included, typical Chilean fare, with local fruits juices. Lovely pool. Large lounge with wifi.
