Review 1：i feel that i am in football stadium there was toooo much kids playing around the rooms bad smell in the room may be some one made his pees+1 hr for check in also 1 hr check out..non professional staff

Review 3：I had a really bad experience as i was given a room right above the night club, so one could imagine what i went through, too much bass and you could also hear the vocals of the songs. even after complaining at the reception the staff said there is nothing we can do.

Review 4：I requested a king bed but Upon check in I got two twin beds conjoined. The lady at check in counter told me that she will call once our room is ready so after waiting at the lobby for about one hour, I went to the reception and asked if the room is ready and they said it was ready long time back. For a double room, only one bath towel was kept in the toilet. The furniture looked like from the 90's. The property is nice but needs some improvements.

Review 5：The hotel infrastructure is well maintained. The location is fine.

Review 6：The towels were very old and thin, the tap in shower broken and the shower curtain not waterproof, all the water went straight through it into the floor resulting in huge puddle. Maintenance were knocking on my door wanting to fix curtain rails in my room while I was still in bed. To get extension numbers for housekeeping, room service, spa you have to look them all up in different folders. No reception for TV.

Review 7：Check in was 2pm, room wasn't ready til 5pm. Housekeeping still in my room when I went to my room and had to wait.

Review 8：Some of the cleaning staff was not efficient always forget to put all the toiletries in the toilet hence I have to call again. So is the Gym staff not that trained and efficient. Gym needs improvement with addition of new machines.

Review 9：The rooms of the hotel were spacious and well furnished and so is the toilet. And has good toilettries in it. King size bed was comfortable. Generally the staff was courteous. Room service was good. Couple of times I asked for the ice and was delivered well in time. Manager Zara is a cooperative person.

Review 10：I will never book through booking.com again. I stated 5 ppl in my booking but the room that was provided was actually suitable for 3 ppl not 5. We had to request an extra bed and were squashed in the king size bed. Also the figures quoted by booking.com was not correct. When you pay the extra charges it works out much more which is not made clear - we paid nearly £200 more.

Review 15：Very unfriendly staff, bad check-in process (no explanation where room is located) without breakfast information (location, time). Arrived at 3 in the morning and staff insisted that additional costs like tax had to be paid right away after a flight of 7 hours and being exhausted and having to look in our bags for money... 3 different nightclubs with drunk and loud people walking around and shouting at 4:00 - 5:00 in the morning. Such a joke... Arrived on the room: shower very dirty with mold, bath dirty. Shower door was broken. Mentioned it first thing in the morning. Arrive back in the evening. Room cleaned, no new towels, no one fixed the shower. Went back to reception asked for towels, said it would take 5 minutes. After 30 minutes to reception again because no towels yet... At check-out we mentioned AGAIN the shower issue and the lack of service and unfriendlyness of the staff to the 4th staff member (i think everyone there must've known the issue because we spoke to all staff with the problems). We got a simple "sorry for the problem" and that's it. Completely not worthy and absolutely not Dubai-worthy, not even 4 stars worthy!!! Been to 2 star hotels with better staff and quality. Worst hotel experience in my life and absolutely worst of Dubai!!! There are 3 star hotels in Al Barsha with better price/quality!!!!

Review 18：Really good place for a family as the rooms are quite large. Reception staff is very friendly and the other supporting staff including security is always ready to help us.

Review 19：The bathtub paint was peeling off. There was no tub water clog to have a bath and the tub lever to switch the shower head to the tub fosset was missing. There were no power outlets near by the bed to plug in your cell phone. Somewhat annoying.

Review 33：The hotel has some major flaws. For example their nightclub entry is on the inside of the hotel, just opposite the reception in the same lobby. They forgot to do some decent sound proofing so, every night after 23.00 you can every bad tune the dj is playing. That is because the rooms are situated a large rectangular shape around the lobby. The lavish marbled lobby is one big echo box and functions like a beat box for their nightclub. So you definitely need earplugs for a good night of sleep.

Review 34：I suppose the target customer for this hotel typically arrives on a camel, because in front of the hotel is big plot of sand where you can leave your camel coming to this hotel. The entrée is just wide enough for to 2 camels to arrive side by side, so several cars will create a traffic jam, and a touring car is not supposed to stop at this hotel.

Review 47：The hotel was quite luxurious, the service was very friendly. Spent some time in the pub downstairs, nice ambiance, except on Tuesday karaoke night, of which I am not a fan. Location is within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates and corresponding metro stop, though the beginning of the walk has no side walks yet, it's still under construction. Large room, large bathroom!

Review 54：Very poor experience. Room very Dirty and cleaning approximate on a daily basis. Safe not working, broken window that was fixed with a screw to permanently be closed. Daily calling housekeeping for towels as staff was ordered to put only 1 towel in the room (yes 1 towel not a set of face, bath, etc). Mould in bath room, sink drains not working properly, sweating air conditioning units leading to damage in ceiling and coving; water dripping on desk i.e. computer cannot be used on work desk Gym and equipment hardly attended to and cleaned. Simply disgusting And the list goes on.

Review 57：Cleanliness, I had to ask for teas, coffess, even the tolitel tissues and it never arrived! So went to shop to buy it myself. The room wasnt clean on daily basis as it should be in 4 star quality hotel. If you in Dubai is better to stay in International chain hotels otherwise you wont receive the great service. Even after management intervetion things happened. I guess thats the consequence of organization and cheap (not to brainy) labour from Asia. Its so many Asians around in the hotel location. Beach is about 15 km taxi ride which is close enough considering how huge Dubai is. If you are expecting great service avoid this hotel because there is no service at all.

Review 59：The room we were first accomodated in was just not cleaned after the last guests - hair in the bathroom, stains on the desk, hair on the floor and even a NEEDLE on the carpet! We asked for a new room and the staff was very slow, , unfriendly and laughing at us (at 1am when we just wanted to sleep). The next room was the same but just vacuumed - mold in the bathroom, hair in the sink, extremely old and cracked bath. Beside the conditions the biggest issue is actually different - you just cannot sleep there. There is a club inside and you are obliged to listen to the loud music and screams of its visitors up to 5 am even if you are on one of the high floors. The worst experience ever!

Review 61：-wifi did not work in my room. Very frustrating if you need it. -No hairdryer in room, bathtub but no plug -the phone buttons for room service/reception did not work at all. I had to go back to reception to ask what to do. I had to keep returning to reception about these issues. I'm not a fussy guest so it became embarrassing for me.

Review 89：Where to start? Booked in for 14 nights for a course I was taking. First room dark and smelly. Changed rooms. Better. But sometimes housekeeping didn't make up the room. Frequently coffee/ water/ loo roll not replenished. Room service takes forever. The pool is small and miserable. The sauna wasn't working. Almost every day my room key didn't work and I had to trail back to reception. I know I left some clothes in the bathroom but there's be no call to tell me this. Possibly the most miserable stay I've ever had :-(

Sink was not clean and the hair of the previous guest was everywhere and blocking the sink. towels was wet when i entered the room. i had my personal towel that was taken and never seen after the 1st day. I notified the housekeeping but they just say they will look for it and ignored the case till i left the hotel.

Like I have come to stay in a hostel .. not a hotel .. and smelly toilets... asked for a smoking room got a non smoking room ...they asked me if the guest waz a male or a female... he'll if it's my mother coming late night from the airport ... I am really upset ... room service is clearly no wer up to the mark .. asked for some ice .. after 45 mints they informed ther is not ice in the hotel. .... really bad and the worst experience ever had in this hotel ... and they do need to mention in details about what's allowed in this hotel and what's not.. cause this upset my whole night ..
