Review 1：This is a hotel for groups receiving training. An individual traveller is lost. One can not really use dinner as individual. Rooms are very basic.

Review 3：I booked room in really nice hotel but my room was in builduing which is 200m far away from main hotel. Breakfast was in main building. Restaurant in next builduing. Which is not so comfortable. Hotel shuold inform customer that thwy will be in totally different place

Review 7：Extremely good value for money if you have small children, because under-5s go free. An exceptional breakfast buffet for this price, really very good. There's also a nice park surrounding the hotel.

Review 8：TV outdated. Signal not really strong. Hollow sound of the floor when walking on it. Easy to hear the people in the neighbouring room talk. Fortunately it was not busy. Maybe wise to mention that the room might be in a building 300 Mtrs out, so that you can leave your luggage in the car at checking in.

Review 10：That I was under graded to Land Arcadeon without any good reason. If it wasn't for the booking.com customer service I would have spent the night in the poorly furnished Land Arcadeon.

Review 12：It is not clear while making the reservation that the room is in different location. It is a shame especially if you arrive at night and find out that you have to pack everything again to the car and go to another location. I would expect the staff to speak basic English especially at the reception.

Review 14：The hotel rooms are in 2 locations: the new Arcadeon Hotel and the Land Hotel. The Land Hotel doesn't offer breakfast, for that a walk of a few hundred meters to the new Arcadeon Hotel is necessary.

Review 16：The room was in a different building, about 300m away from the main complex. Took a while to find in the dark. Windows in the room were left open and heating was closed so it took a while to warm up the place.

Review 17：I arrived on Sunday, we were only few guests at the hotel and the WiFi interned worked excellent. We'll on Monday and Tuesday when the hotell filed up the line was overbusy and sllllow. Don't know why, but I was also unable to connect to my companys VPN - must be that hotels network settings don't allow it. Why?

Review 18：Nice, tastefull, minimalistic room design. Wood floor, instead of carpets, wide comfortable bed also in single rooms. Excellent breakfast. On the presentation in this page it is stated, that only LAN (cable internet connection) is available. Whell that's actually not the case. There is a WiFi access all round the hotel.

Review 19：I made booking in Hotel Arcadeon based on information on the websitebeing located 17 kms from Wickede airport as I had an early morningflight. I made reservation for August 13/14 (one night) in thishotel in order to be close to airport to minimize my payment for taxitransfer. However, the taxi driver informed me the distance was 28 kmsand I had to pay euro 44,5. I was misleaded by Arcadeon hotel locationadvertised on the website and thisinformaton is still on. I claim to payback my hotel charge euro 79 beacuse of being misinformed about thelocation of the Hotel. Please send euro 79 back to my Master Card I paidthe hotel fee from . Review 20：You have to ask the room maid to clean the room; in fact, if you ask her to clean the floor she will do it, otherwise she doesn't.

Review 21：A child friendly hotel. For children up to 12 it is free of charge including the dinner. The hotel has a beautiful yard with a lake and a play ground for kids and very many rabbits. The hotel provides bikes for guests free of charge.

Review 35：The room was very cold as I arrived. The heating was off and it took hours till it has got warm. I do not think it was really smart to switch off the heating in February!

Review 36：I stayed in the Annex which was comfortable and homely. The bathrooms are tiny. We liked the cosy room. Walking to the main hotel in the cold and wet for breakfast was not so good. Compared to the main hotel It was expensive which I believe is the same price (104E/night) The breakfast was very good. I/we would stay again but only if the price was more favourable for the type of accommodation.
