Review 1：clogged drain in washbasin for three consecutive days. cold room, heating turned on only for a short time in the evening. no kettle / mugs / glasses in the room. no minibar in the room. rooms not soundproof - woken up by my neighbors talking to each other in the morning.

Review 6：The furniture are old and nothing fits really together. The washing machine of the hotel was in our bathroom and somebody tried to come in our room to get the washing while we were inside. Not cool. The roller blinds were hard to handle and an full ashtray expected us on the balcony. For 70 Euro per night also not cool.

Review 7：The room was big, staff friendly, free parking place and free w-lan access. The house was a former normal house and not a hotel, so it feels more like coming to see friends than going to a hotel.

Review 8：There is no lift, so it's a little bit difficult to get all your bags up. However, staff is ready to help with that. However few people speak English. What is more, there was a cock-roach in my room!!!!!! Also there were a lot of small insects in my lamp. Also it's situated in the industrial district where I found only one shop to buy food. However, as the city is very small you can easily spend not more than 15 to get to the shopping streets.

Review 9：The staff is really nice, they are all very friendly. Cleaning is every day. The trams' stop is very close. You need 10 mins to get to the centre.

Review 10：We had the hotel's washing machine in our bathroom, but the staff tookcare to do laundry when we were away and they were cleaning our roomanyway, so it didn't disturb us.

Review 11：The rooms were large and very clean. Everything that we needed wasavailable including a small refrigerator and hair dryer. The price wasalso good for such a large room and easy location right across from aTram and Bus stop.

Review 12：We asked for a baby cot but when we arrived, they didn't have one. Theywere looking for it for about 15 min and then they turned up with a'baby cot' , which didn't have a mattress in it but a couple of quiltswrapped in a sheet. As a result, our baby had to sleep with us whichwasn't really comfortable.
