Review 1：Well located with an easy 10 min walk into town. Nice outside space and really trusting with beer and drink in an outside fridge and honesty pad to keep track of anything you had. Lady running it seemed to be doing everything herself but was still super friendly and helpful at all times.
Review 2：When we expressed our concern over not getting the balcony that was promised in the reservation, the staff were rather annoyed and said we had to request a balcony in the special requests box which was never indicated to us at the time of booking.
Review 3：The property is situated next to a green zone / park which is nice but quite far from the Old Center (+2 km). There was plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was tasty and of good quality.

Review 20：What a beautiful place, the rooms were of an exceptional standard, very modern and incredibly spacious done out to a very high standard. Just a short downhill walk to the town centre where there is a few bars and restaurants.

The price is ok for that region(60 Eu/night - if you searchharder there is probably cheaper options in Pisek), and we were veryhappy with the overall conditions of the hotel. The rooms were large andclean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is very nice, withplenty of food options available. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walkfrom the center of town, and there is also some nature trails directlyeast of the hotel, which was nice. For those who don't speak Czech,the hotel staff in general only speaks a little english. Don't letthis stop you from staying here; however, as the staff are very friendlyand did their best to get through communication problems.
