Review 1：Not to be an ugly Americal as I live in France and speak fluent French, but there was only a waiter from Tunisia who spoke English and French. The reception did not open until 08:00 and there was no way for me to know that the receptionist was working breakfast prep. in the kitchen.Therefore, don't stay here if you only speak English!
Review 2：A really nice hotel. VERY clean and everything looks like new.A very good restaurant and you need to make a reservation; it seems like a favorite with the locals. Across from a GREAT, HUGE spa! The best for me is that it is only 5 minutes from the Herzzentrum Hospital where I had some meetings. GREAT breakfast.

Review 6：The staff was friendly and efficient. The wait staff in the restaurant were particularly nice and helpful. The rooms were cheerfully decorated. My traveling companion and I each a had single room which was a good size with a balcony. I only wish the weather had allowed use of that balcony.
