Review 1：Got no room service cos the service people were afraid to come into the hotel room of a black guy...As a result i had to stay in the room with dirty towels and full trash can

Review 19：the staff doesn't speak English, seems it is re-biulding inside the hotel or I don't understand what are the old furniture in the hall and at the wall near our room. It's old and should be renewed, of course...

Review 21：the hotel is in one of nuremberg's red light districts. it is surrounded by brothels to the left, right, below and opposite. at night there are pimps cruising the street. it is not a safe area for ladies and girls to come back in the evening. the rooms have not been renovated since the 70's. very noisy. no telly at euro 69 per night for a single room. absolutely no insulation, you can hear your room neighbour cough. my room was totally overpriced. no reception in the morning to say good bye. guests are told to find the cleaning lady and leave the keys with her. there is absolutely no sound reason to book this hotel since there are loads of good alternatives at much better prices in nuremberg. i had to book this one only due to lack of rooms since there was a trade fair in nuremberg at the time. i cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Review 25：The curtains were only sheer, so the sun blazed in the room at dawn. Really inconvenient. It was like having no curtains at all.
Review 26：Huge room, easy access to parking either on street or in a small parking lot about 100m down the road. Very basic but good for the price.

In strong need ofrefurbishing, I would say.Breakfast ok but needs to work on the coffee and juice supply, which ran out after a little while. I'm not sure why the hotel owners think it's a good idea to put the new testament in the room, especially in an ex-DDR area? I would think religious affiliation is a no-no here, especially given the historic legacy, what with the former eastern bloc influence, but ok, I might be biased or ignorant of the last two decades. Different strokes dor different folks, but don't shove those fairy tales on me please. Other than that, I had a decent stay

Review 33：- I sent a few days before arrival a mail that I would arrive between 9pm and 10pm. However when I arrived the door was closed. I had to make a phone call before the came to open the door. My room was not booked and they where not aware of my reservation or mail. I showed them the printed mail and info and the guy at the desk looked surprised. He gave me a room for 4 people, however I was alone. Breakfast would be at 7am like asked. In the moring there was nobody. There was no breakfast, no staff.. No nothing. I had to call again so I could pay the bill and leave the hotel ( doors were closed again).- The hallway smelled like a wet dog - TV: 28 channels but all German.

Review 35：Unfortunately my room was NOT CLEAN. The floor-covering was full of dust. I woke up with allergy, although I'm not allergic at all! Breakfast for 7 euro consisted only from hardly eatable ingredients branded gut&günstig, ja! or so. I'm afraid tomatoes, although the only tasty food, were NOT washed before.
Review 36：Nice and friendly stuff, although flegmatic at the first impression, quite fine located, easy to get from Hauptbahnhof. Large single room with fridge, quiet and calm atmosphere.
