Review 1：The staff here just don't seem to know what they are doing, have no system in place and are not friendly (apart from the guy on at night). Once we checked in, after our room had been "cleaned", there were black hairs on the floor, on the sink, in the bed,between the bedsheets yuk! Having an ensuite in the room with the sink outside the bathroom is very annoying, especially when everyone is sleeping. No wifi at all. The kitchen had no appliances to cook with. A lot of people were frustrated. A lot of rules posted on the walls with no please or thank you, just very harsh. Like they didn't actually want your custom, strange.

Review 2：Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot.

Review 3：The in-suite bathrooms seem like a good idea at first, but the arrangement turns out to be very noisy, and gets dirty quickly. The kitchen is also very dirty and disorganized; shared cups are all made of plastic.

Review 4：the over all experience was good, except that internet is not workig whatsoever, and i found odd that you could not use your sleeping bag, and had to ask for your personal fork and knife and always carry them with you to and from the kitchen

Review 5：the room is big,bright and warm. lockers are big and safe, and the private bathroom and shower are clean and in separate rooms which is very convenient. the main area is spacey, with couches and a pool table. the kitchen is very big, with two fridges. the workers are very nce,smiley and helpful.

Review 24：What was said in all the reviews before was right. Bad internet and kitchen needs tools. If you need silverware or cups must get them from front desk. I got the feeling that the place is to big and run by non expiriance staff. The plastic key card for the room almost always did not work and had to reload it 4 times.

Review 26：I waited for 10 minutes to check in while one staff member spoke with who I imagine was a friend on the phone and a second staff member stood behind the desk chatting with several friends. The rooms leave much to desire: the door only opened part way before jamming into the floor, there was no toilet paper, the shower drain was backed up so very quickly I was standing in several inches of water while taking a brief shower. Wi-Fi only worked in the one central room (not a big deal). I would not stay here again if I had an option.

Review 28：The hostel wasn't enjoyably. The atmosphere was dead. The wifi was impossible. The kitchen was for too small for the size of hostel. It was also filthy. They don't supply toilet paper. They don't supply cups. They don't supply enough cooking implements. Not enough staff on the reception at busy periods eg. When a bus arrives which isn't that hard, they rarely come in!!

Apparently these 2 qualitiesare common in el chalten. Also the kitchen was ill equipped. Verydifficult to cook there, and this is especially vital with no breakfast.Some of my roommates complained about no hot water, but I b didn'texperience that. Bottom line - there are better hostels in the city.

Review 41：Bathrooms in each room, beds were comfortable, cable tv was nice so youcan watch a movie in the evening in the common area.
