Review 1：close to "red lamps" location, little too far to restaurants and city center.

Review 3：Location is sketchy at best. Our family apartment was in a building across from the actual hotel. We put bags in front of the doors because of how unsafe the area felt. Plain white tiles, no decor, nothing comfortable. We stayed at a five-star hotel in Munich on the same trip for only 30 EUR more. Will never return here.

Review 6：Booked an appartment for 4 people, expecting 2 double beds. Got a 2 floor appartment with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen...bargain. Secure underground carpark as well.

Review 7：Didn't find any suitable local bars or restaurants so better toeat/drink in Mannheim then get a cab back (about 12 Euros) fromtown. Wi Fi router is in main part of hotel so doesn't work in theapartments, which are separate from the hotel.

Review 51：Not a luxury hotel, but very good value for the money. Very nice staff! Nice and clean room in a quiet area (mostly private houses around). Nice bathroom with a good shower. Good breakfast (not a very big one, but they have all you need - both bread/baguettes and müsli). It's not much to see around the hotel, so if you're looking for a hotel in the middle of the city, this might not be the best option. But, after having said that: it's only 7-8 mins with tram to the city (no 2), departing every 10/15 mins all day. Two stations away you have even more tram options, or you can go to Neckarstadt and take the train from there directly to Hauptbahnhof (2 stops, I think). The combination between a comfortable stay and the nice staff really makes me want to come back if I need a room in Mannheim later sometime! Thank you for a good stay.

Review 52：The hotel is situated 30 seconds away (around the corner) from alegalised brothel. The apartment we were allocated, 734, was at the topof four flights of steep stairs, with no lift available. The Hotelclaims to have Wi-Fi access throughout, however this did not extend toour apartment. The local area is full of non-Germans.

Review 58：main reason we did booked one big apartement for all of us was that we were promised kitchenette -so we were expecting at least kettle and microwave -didnt got anything at all -there were only some pipes left from where sink was taken off -no cutlery no cups -for 5 people we got only 3 glasses ! after we went and made angry faces then they brought us a kettle and 2 more glasses - we went and bought some plastic plates and bowls and cutlery and some cups -had to spend extra money thou one more thing -as it was definitely not apartement but big hotel room we were expecting somebody to clean it too - happened first on sunday after I phoned booking.com and made complain and those teles -omg -every room had one big useless one -only showing some local channels -no dvd players,no even radio -gladly we had speakers so we could listen some music from our phones

Review 60：Other reviews refererred to the "shady side of town". It's a Turkish immigrant neighborhood but very safe and quiet. The 4th floor walkup location tested our stamina(with bags!). The tram to the innercity is a 5 minute walk and 15 minutes ride and the train station is a 20 minute ride with one change of trams.

Review 61：My party of three rented the two bedroom apt and were surprised at the size,cleanliness and quiet location. Two fans are also included for airflow along with two tv,s(german only). The bath room was very large with separate tub and shower. The kitchen had rudimentary utensils and allowed us to eat in and make coffee(instant). We were there during a busy (and pricey) time for a family emergency and had few choices for accomodations-so this hotel was a pleasant experience!

Situated in an "upcoming"neighborhood far from the center of the city, we arrived to discover ourrooms aren't in the hotel but in a rundown apartment building acrossthestreet. We felt totally insecure in the specific neighborhood as well asin the second floor apartment we were shown. It was awful and since itwas our last night in Germany before returning home, we stayed there tosleep. I totally do not reccomend this place.

Review 68：The 3 bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor of an apartment building not part of the Hotel property itself, and therefore be prepared to carry your luggage up a number of narrow stairs. Those with mobilty issues are likely to struggle up the various flights. Furthermore their free WiFi access whilst good in the hotel was seldom detectable by our devices in this externally located apartment. Also the Hotel is within a lower socio-economic area of Mannheim and you need atleast a 25 minute walk to the nearest respectable restaurant.

Review 69：Our accommodation was not in the Hotel building itself as our party of 5 stayed in their 3 bedroom two level apartment only some 20 metres away. We had the same access rights to the hotel lobby and dining room for breakfast. The breakfast buffet offers a good range of food. Bath towels were also refreshed daily by hotel staff which was great.

Review 71：The rooms are very clean whilst the hotel lobby is small but well presented. The Hotel includes free WiFi internet. The buffet breakfast offers a good range. A genuine 3 to 3.5 star hotel. My travelling partners comprising 2 adults and 3 teenager children also stayed at the hotel but in a large two level 3 bedroom apartment about 20 metres from the Hotel itself.
