Hotel Europarc sells fast on our site. The hotel Europarc is a comfortable, family owned hotel at the entrance of the industrial center in Kerpen, Sindorf.
It offers the private atmosphere and the individual services of a family-owned hotel. The privileged location allows quick access to the exhibition center and to highway A4. Numerous recreational activities are offered in the surrounding areas.
The adjoining restaurant, Gasthaus Schweitzer, offers traditional German meals and in the summer the beer garden, where you can relax in the shade while enjoying a cool beer, is open.

Review 1：Breakfast was a little limited due to space as the big hall was preparing a Xmas dinner but everything we asked for was brought immediately with a smile.

Review 2：Friendly staff, easy to find, comfy beds, everything clean and tidy.

Review 3：Rooms are Ok, nothing special but in accordance with the price you pay, but try to be accommodated in second floor, because if there is a private party in the bar (as it was when we were there) music is easily audible. They provide as an small apartment in a different building and "problem solved". Thank you.

Review 4：The staff of the hotel and restaurant was superb. We were 12 adults with 13 children and they tried to facilitate us everything, especially during the dinner.

Review 5：Given the cost of the overnight stay, I wasn't expecting a great deal. What a surprise! The room was very large and well presented and decorated. The shower room was also larger than average. The breakfast was continental plus hot bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. And the location just off the motorway is very convenient. Also, the hotel is attached to a lovely restaurant serving really excellent food. A garage was available so we could safely store our cycles overnight. Will definitely use again when we travel back to the UK from Austria.

Review 7：Size of the room is quite big. the restaurant attached to the hotel has an excellent quality/price. The breakfast is superb, with a lot of fresh fruits.

Review 9：Well, the biggest bad thing, was that the internet (wi-fi) never worked and no one knew how to make it work. In my case it was very bad because I needed internet connection to finish some University works, and I couldn't do anything. And honestly, the hotel is really good, but nowadays, no internet means no stay. I wish this problem is already fixed, but if you're staying here, double check if it works if you going to need it!

Review 10：Well in general, it is a good hotel! It was extremely clean, and the room was very big. Comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was really good, with some good choices to start a good day.

Review 12：Very friendly staff, room was perfect for family of four, very clean (spotless), bathroom modern and well lit. Excellent wifi. Breakfast was top notch. Enroute stop between Holland Christmas caves and Cologne markets so it was ideally located. Easy autobahn access.

Review 16：We received a friendly welcome and were shown where all facilities are. The room is spacious and shutters that blacken out the windows fully. The restaurant is excellent for evening meals. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffecwas delicious

Review 58：Been in this hotel a couple of times and had no problems but this time it was pretty bad. Fan in the bathroom was very noisy - even with doors closed. Phone rang a couple of times at 7 am (didn't order any wake up call) and the internet (that I was charged for) didn't work.

Review 64：Staff weren't helpful, we had to call them on the telephone when we arrived and they were reluctant to come and check us in. They didn't want to take payment on check in and said to pay on check out but this wasn't available intil 10am! Eventually they agreed to take payment but they made it clear they weren't happy to do so! We had to leave at 8am and breakfast wasn't served until 8am so although included in the price there was nothing available. The hotel was extremely noisy. There was live music in the garden until 12 midnight and it was so loud that even with the windows closed (not comfortable on a very hot night) the noise was still unbearable!! No chance of getting any sleep.

Review 66：The car park was pretty full when we arrived, some of the vans on the car park belonged to the hotel which meant we had to squeeze into a space.

Review 67：The location was just off the motorway so really convenient, the hotel was clean and comfortable with a spacious room, with comfortable beds and a good size bathrooms, lots of towels and toiletries provided, the hotel also has an excellent traditional German restaurant attached and WiFi at only €2.50 per 24 hrs. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The buffet style breakfast was varied and included cooked eggs and sausages.

Review 68：Very basic hotel. The room had 3 beds, 1 chair and 1 table and that wasit. Out of 4 lamps, only 1 worked - nowhere to seat and read, except thebathroom and the entrance hall. We arrived at 9pm and left at 9am.During this time we have not seen a single person from the hotel'sstaff (the key was left for us at the reception). The hotel is notsignposted at all, so even when passing by, it is impossible to find. Ihave only spotted it, as I knew how it looks...

Review 78：A very minor gripe was that the room's light switches were located behind the bed, this mean that on a number of occasions I inadvertantly switched the lights on simply by moving during my sleep!
