Review 1：Our room was overlooking the back of the hotel and delivery area and staff smoking area. constant smell of cigarettes, We had to have the window open to get air but because the staff were smoking below our window (bench and ashtray bin) on their break????? we had a very disturbing night. Room has no AC which would have eliviated the problem. When I complaint the following morning and ask for a reduction in the rate, the very unfriendly receptionist (female) said that I should take it up with booking.com.

Review 5：We wanted a non smoking room but got a smoking room. The room was small and smelly and there are cigarette butts all over the roof (which you can see when you open your window). The bathroom is old and the fan doesn't work. The hotel is nice on the outside but doesn't reflect the old 80's style renos on the inside rooms.Overpriced for what we got!
Review 6：Staff were very nice. The breakfast attendant stayed open for us as we got in late and therefore wanted to sleep in. Was very kind of him to allow us to enjoy the nice breakfast past the closing time.
