Review 1：The owner is very polite and helpful. Apartments have very good location just 5 min drive to the termes and 10 min.walk to the city center. Everything was great!

Review 3：We had a room with a lovely kitchenette containing everything and more than you would need-kettle, coffee maker, egg boiler, wine glasses, vegetable peeler, sharp knife, kitchen bar for eating, in addition to table with 2 chairs for eating, balcony with furniture, comfortable beds. Everything seemed to be new. Great shower which also was new. Tile floor, no dirty carpets. Location is great especially if you have a car but the downtown is within walking distance. Staff very helpful andl pleasant. Good parking, quiet, lovely garden and outside area. This accommodation is apartments or apartment like rooms, not a hotel.

Review 4：We had it as a base for examining the surrounding areas. Walking distance to everything in town. We were given a ticket that included free public transport in the whole region and some other things that we didn’t use. We used the transport one day.

Review 9：- Spacious, cosy and well-equipped apartment - Warm welcome from the friendly owner - Perfect location to explore Freiburg, the Black Forest, Alsace and Switzerland - Only small downside was the lack of a lift but the host helped us carry our bags all the way up to the 2nd floor, so no real complaints. Definitely recommended!

Review 10：The only thing they dont provide is breakfast. But nearby they have a bakery in which you can also have breakfast.

Review 11：We go here evey year for one night when we come back from italy. They recently refurbished and renovated the rooms. Now it is perfect. They have four beds available in one room. So we could perfectly sleep there with two adults and two kids. The bathroom is nicely renovated and modern and clean. The guy at the front desk is always that nice and helpful.

Review 12：Bath a bit difficult to get in and out of and shower screen leaked water onto the floor even when firmly in place on bath edge. Soaked the towels! Bathroom needs modernising, maybe. We were in apartment 25 on the ground floor and so no balcony or terrace. Lovely table in the garden was available for sitting out.

Review 13：The two room apartment was large, roomy. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. The situation of the Biedermeier Apartments was perfect ...away from town centre. Lovely stroll along the path at the river about a mile or one and a half Ks to the station. Receiving the KONUS card allowing us free travel throughout the rail,bus and tram network in the region was SUPERB!!

Review 14：Having to pay Kurtax surcharge. But in fairness, you can than also ride the bus and local transportation free and get some additional benefits. Also if you can come up with a reason why your trip is actually for business than you don't need to pay it.

Review 15：Very nice Ferienwohnung. Rooms are well sized and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located centrally in the heart of the Margraefler Land in Suedbaden, with many things to do in the area. A good place to stay for a few days at a reasonably prize.

Review 16：Nothing substantial really. Maybe in hot weather, we could have the use of a fan. But these few days were exceptionally hot.

Review 18：There was no air conditioning and I found the room extremely basic and small. Although there was a kitchenette I would have appreciated the possibility to be able to buy some breakfast or at least some provisions for breakfast. I could not find anywhere close by to do so

Review 21：Very nice location, spacious rooms in a lovely part of the town. Walking distance to the centre. We were there for 6 nights and loved it. The town is located in a short driving distance from France and Switzerland as well as close to other beautiful Black Forest towns and villages. Stuff is absolutely great, very helpful. Lovely and clean sauna which you can hire for your family. Very cosy garden to spend your evenings with other guests having some local beer. Oh, and showers, huuuuge comparing to what we have in UK :) So, definitely would recommend this place!!

Review 22：The only small problem was the lack of lift. If one day the owners fix the automatic lift for this facility, it will be 10 points from 10 possible.

But is very easy ro get there just follow the river, i am glad i've chosen it bcs following the river on the other direction, oposite city,,, there is an amazong scenary, you can tell you are in the midle of the bkack forest: long plantation fields, river trees forest in the back ground, so relaxing, i would have never found out didnt i chose bierdemeir, and you have cozy places locally for dinner, the authentic german ones in the midfle of all that nature, vita clasica is 25/30 walk but by car is 2mnts. I recomend the place

Review 27：Manager unsympathetic. No apartment elementary things: garbage bags, soap, shampoo, salt, sugar and so on. You can contact him only from: 9-20. If there is a failure before or after-no one to talk to, He's not in the area and not answering the phones. We asked for a room lamp burned at 19.50, manager said that he is going and can only handle tomorrow.

Review 31：The room is not stylish but comfortable, it's old fashioned but big and clean, the beds are perfect! You should stay here when travelling on the way tot your holiday. The centre is a ten minute walk away. I would recommend steakhouse Beckers for a good meal. The staff is very friendfull and helpfull.

Review 63：Our room was clean & spacious including a balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom & shower were recently renovated (very nice). The building was very quiet. Be sure to ask for the Konus card to get free use of buses & trains in the area (we used the train several time to visit Freiburg). This is not a hotel with 24 hour front desk service or food service. However, the caretaker (Michael) was very helpful providing info & advice when we arrived. Washer & dryer in basement with token coins from the caretaker. A nice restaurant & a pub/restaurant very close by. Great place!!

Review 65：It was not far from Vita Classica ,the quarter is very nice, staff is very nice and everything is well explained. We liked this place very much.

Review 66：The manager was unkind to me and my elderly father. He was not agreeable to change terms even given medical circumstances and charged us 80% of 5 additional nights we had booked though we had stayed only three and told us to get out of hotel by refusing to call a taxi though he knew we did not speak german and taxi service Do not Speak english. My 77 year old father had to wait 30 minutes on his feet on the street in the month of January before I could get a taxi: he had had heart intervention the day before. Hotelier said that we should not "come from other countries and think we can do whatever we want" and has told us to leave immediately or he would call police rhough his apartment was not full and I offered him to pay for late check out.

Review 70：We have been traveling in Germany for 2 weeks already and this isdefinitely the best stay we had. For an studio it's unbelievablygood value for money.The staff is friendly, the WIFI is fast, there is even a mini-billard table in the public room if you are up to it. We also had a balcony with good view in our room on the 2nd floor.

Review 71：Because we came late it wasn't parking space for our car, but we were allowed to park in the center of the parking/front yard. It was not very convenient, but it is OK.

Review 73：The 15 min. walk to the train station is generally no problem, but at night, the passway following the small river is kind of spooky. Hard to find parking space in the evening around the promise. But not a big deal.

Review 74：Mainly because Freiburg was fully booked we choose to stay in Bad Krozingen, but also because of the nearby thermal spa complex. Staff is superfriendly and explains everthing: walking distance to train station, where you can catch the halfhourly train to Freiburg city, with the KONUS card the ride is free! Points of interest in lovely Bad Krozingen, Restaurants and wellness options. So while there is no meal option included, everything else is perfect. A good option to visit Freiburg city without the traffic and parking hassle.

Review 75：Location in the Spa town is good, with the bonus of free bus and train transport in the local area, making Freiburg and the Black Forest easily accessible. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, plenty of hot water and a good kitchenette.

Review 76：End of season and the kitchen equipment (e.g. plates and wine glasses) were not complete anymore. Pity as it doesn't cost much to replace.

Review 81：The appartment was very good, big enough, and kitchen was separate by a dorr, and this is good when you cook! was good to have the konus card too!

Review 82：The only drawback was the distance from the railway station and the center of the town. It's about 1,5 km away which at first seems a lot for a traveller with tired kids and suitcases. But once you get used to it and see the beauty of the walking passes, you start enjoying it, keeping in mind the neighborhood is relatively quiet and pleasant. There's a bus which goes every hour to and from the railway station to the hotel and with the Gaestkarte, the hotel gives you, it's free.

Review 83：The city Bad Krozingen and the whole Schwarzwald were magnificent - with pretty German houses, smell of hey and birds singing. The hotel manager Michael was very helpful, answered all our questions and although he doesn't sit at the reception all day long, he's physically in the hotel and is easily reachable. The hotel itself is not brand new but both the hotel and the room had everything a family might need for leaving, cooking relaxing (no air conditioning though, which may be a problem at hotter days). We took a two room apartment and were very satisfied with how clean it is, with what set of furniture and cookwere it had. Washing machine (one for everybody in the basement of the hotel), free WiFi in the apartment and ESPECIALLY a Gaestkarte which allowed us to travel FOR FREE in the entire region of Schwarzwald was extremely helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
