Review 9：Really customer orientated in all details from Wifi to shower to service. The approach is customer is king Here. I stay in hotels all over Europe professionally.

Review 10：I was surprised that much discharged water were reversed from shower room suddenly. The wooden floor of my room was flooded. A hotel staff offered me an alternative room but it was not good because its ceiling was low. When I checked out next morning, there were No apologies from hotel staffs.
