Review 1：Staff is very professional but could be perhaps a touch friendlier.

Review 2：We loved the location - with a beautiful view on highest Czech mountain on one side and a golf course on the other side. Rooms are very modern, comfortable and just enough spacious. Breakfast is very rich but dinner menu is truly delicious. Wellness looks great but as the area offers so many outdoor activities we actually did not have enough time to try everything the hotel offers.

Review 3：Snobby place (even i had most expensive car in parking, i feel myself "squeezed" between this "high-class-villagers), restaurant expensive but cooking really good, room had no aircon so quite hot in night, but at last have mosquito net in Windows so can open window...

Review 5：Restaurant staff not very friendly, especially one male waiter, breakfast - poor selection, a lot of hot vegetarian dishes - which we did not understand really, at weekends breakfasts were better.

Review 7：Hotel was newly build couple of years ago but since my last visit in 2006-2007 there is almost no maintenance. Stains on carpets, walls and furniture etc. The reception staff is great and helpful but the restaurant staff is not very welcoming and friendly :( The prices are very high for this region.

Review 9：Room got hot overnight, no AC to regulate heat. Had to use window to regulate temperature, which can be difficult to keep a constant temperature overnight. Noticed a few bugs (silverfish) in the room.

Review 13：Avoid the big apartment - there is no view and you'd be seeing hotel roof only - we changed to a normal room instead which has a much better view. The reception was empty quite often in the evening, and also it happened to us there was nobody in the restaurant we could pay for - everyone was gone. But nothing major.

Review 14：Despite the fact we're not a golf-lovers we really enjoyed the stay in Grund hotel as the surrounding is just beautiful, great to watch players around whilst having a glass of nice wine on the terrace. The rooms are clean, very comfortable and quiet with a big shower. Good starting point for hiking, breakfast was OK but nothing amazing.

Review 31：- part of the staff seems to be quite untrained. - They organized a private party in the lobby area on a saturday evening which forced us to leave the hotel through an emergency exit and to get to the restaurant through the back door! - they seem to have an ongoing electricity problem ( the elevator wasn`t working, a lamp in the room wasn`t working, only half of the light in the wellness area was working, no light in the sauna and in the whirlpool corner at all )
