Review 1：Nothing - it was a perfect stay! But please note that this hotel is out of town (it's about 5 min drive to the centre, without traffic) - not ideal if you don't have a car.
Review 2：The hotel is in a good location - out of town so it is nice and quiet, but not too far to drive. It is just across the road from the lake which we could see from the window. Our double room was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good (although the choice of bread could have been bigger). The common area is very cosy, and you can get yourself a cup of tea or coffee any time during the day. Staff do not speak much English but everyone was friendly and helpful.
Review 3：Other than breakfast no access to on site meals. Language was a bit of a barrier, if you don't speak spanish
Review 4：Spectacular setting with a panoramic view of the lake. We were staying in one of the cabanas that was quite independent. Cabana had a very user friendly layout.

Review 8：We enjoyed everything about this place! The location was perfect- close enough to Pucon, but private and quiet. We had a corner suite in the apartment building, with beautiful views of the lake. Ample breakfast delivered to our unit every day! The grounds were lovely and very well-maintained. Friendly staff- all in all, a very relaxing place to be. The trip up the volcano was a highlight!!
Review 9：Good size apartment in a lovely well designed and well constructed building near the main hotel just outside town, lovely views and grounds. Very good breakfast delivered each evening, good kitchen facilities, very quiet and spotlessly clean. Pool, jacuzzi, huge bed, very comfortable stay.

The apparment was modern, nicely decorated and had all the amendities we needed. bed is enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and we liked the fact that there were complimentary water, wine, coffee and tea. It's only 6km from Pucon and the terrain is nice and quiet.

We loved the complete guest privacy, yet it has the B&B feel. Great security too. Just about 8 minutes from downtown Pucon (by car). And the price was amazing!

Review 20：The condo-style "cabana" that we rented was very comfortable in a very nice building on attractive grounds. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was generous. There were beautiful views of the lake and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place for families as the there of us thought it very attractive, comfortable, and convenient.

Review 23：Wifi was touchy from our room, but a few steps out the door and into the common area of the hotel got me quick wifi. it was a little inconvenient at first, but soon it was really nice to be less 'connected' all the time. the common area had a couch and fireplace so it was cozy to spend a few minutes in it. there is a hill to walk up if you don't have a car to get to the hotel- not challenging, but somewhat annoying after a long day. the hill is the reason for the awesome views, though. well worth it! The hotel is really named "Hotel y Cabanas Monte Verde".
Review 24：Beautiful hotel with great views of lake villarrica. Is 5km from Pucon. It was easy to stand at the street and catch a micro (bus) to either Pucon or Villarrica, I think it was about every 5 minutes you'd see 1-2. 400 pesos to pucon, i think 600 to villarrica. We were worried about staying outside town without a car, but it was never an issue. It had a large flat screen TV with cable, a little balcony with 2 chairs looking at the lake, kitchen and living space, king bed, big windows, and really just a nice open floorplan. it was an awesome deal for what you get. the breakfast was good- the staff brought up a tray of yogurt, cheese, bread, eggs, cereal, cookies, drinks to the room every evening for the next morning. On clear nights you can see thousands of stars from the property. We would definitely go back.

Review 40：This facility receives good reviews, but our experience was disappointing. We were in the room called "Las Hadas". Avoid it if you can. The water ran cold, till I complained. There were no towels one day. The furniture is sparse, and what is there is rather useless...bamboo table and chair. No TV, no phone. There is a rather nice patio off the room, but the problem is that it is at the exact same elevation as the top of the chimney from the wood burning stove they use to heat the hot tub water. There is a prominent "no smoking" sign in the room, but that seems to have no application outside. Be prepared to sleep with closed windows if the fire is smouldering or burning. I expressed my concern to the receptionist, and she said she would extinguish the fire, but she promptly got in a car and left the property. It must have been the end of her shift. No pleasantries on checking out...possibly a "Gracias", but if there was one, it failed to change my opinion of this place.

Review 43：We stayed for 4 days at the apart-hotel building and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious one bedroom unit called Llaima. The other option would have been to stay in one of the cabañas, which we got to see briefly (also very nice and spacious, with own fireplace). Bed was really nice and comfortable, everything very clean and lots of attention to detail. Nothing beats the view of Villarica lake from outside our own porch. Heating is central with thermostat controls, and staff were more than welcome to also lend us an extra electric heater, which we later found to really be unnecessary. Breakfast is a tray of instant coffee, tea, milk and juice nectar. They also provided uncooked eggs, ham, cheese, wheat and white bread, butter, jam. Having cooking facilities inside the unit, you have the option of making omelette or preparing eggs however you want to. We didn't find anything wrong with that, considering how far the buildings were distributed on the grounds; no way to have one central place for guest meals. Wifi had no issues, there were always 3 different signals to choose from. Generally, signals were strongest in the apartment living room. Overall, we found the place and location perfect for Pucon; we wouldn't hesitate staying here again even for a couple of weeks.
