Review 1：Good location, clean, nice staff. Internet available in the rooms. Good breakfast. They also give us a bottle of water in the check-out: lovely! We stay in a room for 3 but we were looking for a quiet place to rest: perfect!

Review 2：Coming from the Swiss side the hotel was very easy to find, being on the main road. Limited parking outside the hotel and more parking locally. A big, busy hotel on bus route for centre of town and access to lakeside opera. Rooms functional rather than attractive but well-designed and of reasonable size.Helpful staff and wholly acceptable buffet breakfast.

Review 3：Unfortunately, a member of staff was very rude to me shortly after we arrived as I queried whether the air con was working in one of the rooms we had booked. This was important as the hotel is situated on a busy, noisy road. Also, the breakfast wasn't brilliant - typical continental with no English Breakfast Tea bags or a tea pot in sight!

Review 4：The dull, drab exterior of this hotel belies it's pleasant interior. Clean & bright and very comfortable. The staff, on the whole, were very pleasant & helpful & spoke good English. We had tickets for the opera and it's a quick ride on the local bus. The hotel also lent us seat cushions.

Review 18：Helpfulness of the staff. We were travelling in open top sports cars and after initially being directed to park in front of the hotel we were moved to the rear of the hotel where our cars would be safer. (The front car park was very tightly packed!)

Review 19：Although we put a 'do not disturb' sign on our door we were disturbed every morning. On two occasions cleaners tried to enter our room without even knocking first. Then, even when we left the sign on the door we had staff enter our room without permission when we were out and only make up half the room before realising they weren't supposed to be there. This was an extreme invasion of privacy.

Review 29：Guest parking - states - Free Public Parking is possible on site(reservation is not needed). This is not available as stated.My wife is a Blue Badge Holder but not seriously disabled albeit she has variable difficulties with walking. When Hotel Reception staff were shown the Policy details as stated on arrival they were totally dismissive. ALL guests were provided with a local street map and poorly directed on a route to a nearby school where parking arrangements had been made by the Hotel. This facility was very limited (16 cars in small bays) and was already FULL. Clients were then told to park on the street which although without problem was not favoured by the local residents and was contrary to the reason why we booked this hotel. My discussions with German and Dutch guests who were similarly parking where not expected confirmed that they were unhappy with the arrangements which were clearly pre-determined and not as a result of an unexpected problem by the hotel. Sleep was a problem where the rooms overlooked the main road at the front of the hotel. System for Mini Bar is very flawed - I was asked to pay for drinks on departure which we had not consumed - staff showed me their Bar Ticket - however, it contained items we do not consume and in any event we did not consume any item from the bar; this is a travelling principal we adopt. Clearly bar stock had been updated AFTER we arrived in the room but we were not at any time advised or asked to check / sign for the contents; a poor system fraught with allegations of wrongful usage. We were at the end of a Europe tour - principally Austria - where we had paid approx. 100Euro to hotels where appropriate for parking priviliges which were as stated and ensured security of our vehicle. Here we got not as stated; poor service; no care or consideration; and we were not the only one.

Review 31：Very tiny room on busy street, by tour bus parking, and flashing neon sign, but the worst was that it reeked of cigarette smoke. This room cost $170 for the night. Manager offered us a room in a different hotel and said if we tried to write a negative review she would list us a cancelled/ no show...which she did. Thank you to Booking.com for overriding that and allowing this review. This manager was very unpleasant.

Review 73：The shower/bathtub is extremely small and is in two layers. I think it is so you can sit down on one end, but it is rather dangerous in my opinion. Shower went from nice and hot to ice cold in a fraction of a second. not great when your hair is full of soap. Had to rinse it under the bathtub tap - with great difficulty. CNN and BBC World Sevice difficult to get. In spite of this I would stay again and take sponge baths.

Review 76：We were in Bregenz for the Festspiele performance and this hotel wasfairly convenient for that purpose. The bus to the main train station,which is an easy walk to the stage, stopped right by the hotel and wasfree with a ticket to the performance. The hotel provided cushions forthe seats at the performance, which are typical stadium seats. Thebreakfast was excellent, including the option to fry your own eggs. Theyeven gave each of us a bottle of water for the road and a toy for thechildren. The parking situation was something of a mystery. Although thehotel has a number of places, guests are told where to park on thestreet in the neighborhood behind the hotel. In the evening somehow therules are off and the hotel's places are filled with cars. Not a bigproblem, but odd. The hotel was fine and worked well for the purpose.

Review 77：It is way too hot in sommer, you cannot open the window because it is too loud, if we turn on the fan they provided for us it also made so much sound that was not possible to sleep. the hotel has no Lobby, only a place where to eat breakfast wich was ok quality. No restaurant.

Review 83：Breakfast is poor!!!!!!!!!!!! It is below standard compared to what you generally find in any hotel in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Even the French Balladins by far outperforms this breakfast. I was given a map of sourroundings on which it was written "for free", but they asked me to give it back because they didn't have so much. It is a typical Bus hotel where people stay for one night because they have to interrupt a long journey. Most of time, those people don't care It is ridiculous that Wifi is free for 60 minutes and you must pay after. It is even not specified whether the free time is per day or per stay, which would be very unfair. But I didn't check
