Review 1：Couldn't find parking as the lot was full. However, the staff directed me in finding free parking spots (which there are plenty) outside their walls

Review 11：The hotel is in a charming village a few miles from Frankfurt. The staff was very willing to accommodate all my needs, and helped me when I briefly lost my passport. They also stayed an hour after normal checkin for me, which was appreciated. Great value for the money.
Review 12：The facility was awesome but the staff was SO GREAT!! After checking in, he helped carry my bag to the room even though it was not too heavy and I could have easily done it mysely. When he heard that I was going to be on the road for a bit, he insisted I take some water and pop and would not accept money for it!!
Review 13：Too much air freshner in the room (after housekeeping). Housekeeping also keep turning down the heather, so room always freezing.

Review 15：The normal price for a double room is far too high: the bed was narrow and soft and the building and decoration felt like a boarding school. We paid 80€ breakfast not included and that was ok.

It's true that the parking in the courtyard of the hotel is a little tight, but nothing which a little manouvering won't overcome, and the hotel staff are always willing to help. Definitely a place I will look forward to returning to.

They spoke English and that was nice since we don`t speak German. All in all, it was an experience that i wouldn`t mind repeating.
