Review 2：Expensive for what it is (there are lots of Pensions in Bad Grund), no tourist information leaflets or advice offered on check-in, average quality German breakfast, wifi did not work in bedroom but did in communal room

Review 4：The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but it's hard to criticise that too much as it's all clean and in good condition. Guests less fit and able than us should bear in mind that there's no lift.
Review 5：We had a room at the front of the hotel and the view from the balcony across the valley and over the rooftops of Bad Grund was exquisite. The (free) WiFi in our room was fast and worked faultlessly. The breakfast was a perfectly adequate standard hotel buffet, and the breakfast lady was very attentive.
Review 6：Hotel staffs are fair, but hard to negotiate for my travel change. The owner insisted 80% of room charge for my one day earlier check out from 5 days staying. It is fair, but this was requested for my tight flight schedule that I should departure 5AM in the morning with driving over 1 hour. He understood my difficulty, but he insisted the rule only. It's fair, but unhappy.
