Review 1：Bed smells bad as if it is dusty. Soap was not there in bathroom. Only one bulb in bathroom was functioning.

Review 37：The room was not clean and there was a heavy smell of coocking in theroom. We came to the hotel at 7pm after a long drive. Our kids weretired and hungry so we asked in the reception if we could order food inthe restaurant and whether or not we should expect a long wait. The saidno problem - 30 minutes - we should have gone for burgers instead. Wewaited for more than an hour and when the food came it was not at allwhat we ordered. We tried to eat what was served but is was inedible. Weleft the restaurant with still hungry and now crying kids. When wechecked out we got a small discount on the food but first after anargument with the girl in the reception. The images on the web page isvery misleading. We will never return to Apart Hotel Gera.
