Review 1：little dated . no bar in the hotel. only one bar within 5 minute walk open at night ( but recommend the amsterdam bar).

Review 3：Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Coffee available all day! Clean, modern facilities mixed with quaint, antique charm. Friendly, helpful staff. Bicycles available for rental at a reasonable price.

Review 4：The desk receptionist could have orgainsed out wifi immediately and saved calling me down from the 6th floor. I was locked out my room once and had to go back from the 6th floor to reception. Small inconveniences.

Review 30：The staff tried to make us pay for the free parking, they made us pay for the free water because it was in a big bottle, €8.40 for two €1.50 bottles, disgusting, Mr Tobias was to blame for all of this which led us to having a really bad experience, he works in reception, and seems to have an attitude towards the English compensation would be nice but highly unlikely would not recommend this hotel to a tramp

Review 32：It was a heatwave but with a 4 star hotel you expect a/c and there was none. Room was so hot and impossible to sleep. Went to recpetion to ask about a fan but told in a rather rude manner NO!!!. In the summer give this place a miss.

Complimentary water in rooms were both fizzy and if would be nice to have a choice between fizzy or still water. An extra pillow for each bed as the pillows (one each) supplied are very soft and did not provide enough support for comfort.

Review 48：Close to the City Centre. Excellent breakfast. Eric (reception) was truly professional, friendly and well informed and provided excellent assistance and made us feel welcome. Homely hotel and not as noisy as some larger hotels. Complimentary water in rooms each day. Beds were comfortable and good shower with hot water. Hairdryer in showerroom was nice to have. Safety deposit box supplied at reception, as there are none in the room.

Review 49：1. Terrible parking!! Came in late Friday nite -- the entire area was packed with cars, no free spots left & only after I brought our bags in did the clerk suggest the pay parking (which only had one spot left). Even then we had a really hard time squeezing into the driveway thanks to folks parking over part of the driveways. 2. Staff and guests smoke right at the entrance (which was bad enough to walk through) but our non-smoking room was just upstairs from the entrance and with the windows open if felt like a smoking room (yuk). 3. It was warm (no air conditioning) and we really wanted the windows open at night, but the streets were very noisy with people and vehicle noise (plus the smoke mentioned in #2 above). 4. Saturday morning breakfast was packed -- almost had to wait for a table to clear. (Food was good though) 5. Tiny bathroom!!!!

Review 51：Arriving in the evening after travelling all day to find that there was no restaurant or food of any kind. There were no maps to direct visitors to any local restaurants. The car park -advertised as - hotel has parking available with no booking required - is a tiny courtyard with 6 very cramped parking spaces.
