Review 1：TV is not working really well, I have told this to two different Receptionist Staffs, and the second one insist her Colleague already deal with it. Well, its nice of her to inform me, but better is if she double checked or send another engineer to have a loot at. Internet is the slowest Internet in a Hotel I have ever been.
Review 2：The premises is nice, is better than on the Pictures of Booking.com and also clean. Especially the room (and Bathroom) I have.
Review 3：There isn't always a reception desk in a hotel. There are no razors, toothbrushes, hair dryers and pots in the room.
Review 4：The bed was wider than I thought. Hot water from the shower came out immediately.
Review 5：At 9 o'clock there was already almost nothing to eat for breakfast, it would be nice to eat some scrambled eggs or sausages but there was some cheese and ham or vegetables but for example only one egg.

Review 7：1.Leaking tap in bathroom. 2.Did not clean or make bed up on day before leaving. 3.As the staff are away half of the time, it would have been nice if they told when you arrived that the room key also opened the front door. 4.No. I would not stay there again!

The room was not cleaned satisfactorily prior to our arrival, floor appeared un-vacuumed, empty bottles and food containers left behind by previous guests were in one of the cupboards, toys left behind behind curtain. 2. We had two rooms and one of them did not have beds made or towels refreshed.
Review 13：1. the bed was comfortable. 2. the linens were clean. 3. the shower was pretty good. 4. the staff at the front desk were approachable, the lady spoke enough English to communicate with me. 5. the front desk staff were gracious and gave us a 20% discount for our inconvenience with lack of cleanliness.
Review 14：Wifi didn't work in our room on the first level - we needed to go to the lobby to access it. Also, we requested a cot for our youngest (age 8) and wound up with a playpen and mat. Not ideal.

Review 28：Unfortunately I don't speak German, but the staff did not speak English so difficulties from the start. No English speaking TV channels also made it boring.
