Review 1：The room we had ,didn't have a mirror, unless I used the bathroom one, which was very small,couldn't see how to put my make -up or my contact lenses on, which is very frustrating for a woman

Review 2：After we were given a table the size of a postage stamp, they moved us to a very nice table, and apologized .Breakfast was plentiful ,of good quality , but the price we paid for three nights i.e. E.405 was too high

Review 5：The shower in our daughters room didn't work and when we told the gentleman at the desk he acted like he knew it was broken. We should've received some sort of discount. We had 2 rooms since our daughters are in their 20's we couldn't have just one room. They couldn't use our shower in our room as we had a train to catch so by the time they gave up trying to get their shower to work there was no time.

Review 6：Beautiful area. Hotel staff was very nice as was the hotel itself. We stayed up a hill behind the main hotel in a small apartment like building but it was still nice.

Review 7：It was nearly impossible to regulate the shower temperature. It would fluctuate wildly between too cold and burning hot.

Review 8：The breakfast was good. All of the staff was excellent, especially the young woman at the reception desk. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

We all slept like babies for 12 hours inabsolutely quiet room:-) Ellenz is tiny town, just a short ferry rideacross the river - nice little Beilshtein with its streets and castlewhere we enjoyed views and a tasty meal.
