Review 1：The bed was very hard. and the room smelled a little old. and it could have been more clean.

Review 3：- the rooms were not very clean - we had spiders and bugs in the bathroom and in the rooms - the rooms had not been ventilated for weeks and therefore the smell was awful - it was very cold in the rooms with the heating not working

Review 8：Excellent stay, this is a family run hotel where the owners are exceptional at making you feel welcome and ensuring you enjoy your stay, nothing is too much trouble. Nice well presented modern rooms, clean and comfortable.

Review 9：The actual hotel was a little disappointing after having booked it on the pictures. The room (advertised as a 4 adult bedroom), in fact contained one double bed and a 140 x 180 auxiliary bed. For a family with two older (ie langer) kids it was hard fitting in. We couldn't recognize the "naturkost" of the hotel, still wondering why it was called this.

Review 11：I travelled around Germany with a group of my students and Bad Grund wasour second longer stop. I have never been there before, so the hotel wasalso a big and positive surprise for me. The very friendly staff, I havenever met so nice people in Germany before (I do not even count howoften I travel there), beautiful neighborhood, excellent and quietplace, recommended for pure relax rather, not for parties (my studentsaccepted it with pleasure). The pool and all facilities are rather'private' type than 'public' but for us it was reallynice to come there after the hiking or even a short walk. Nice place forfamiles and groups of friends, and for individual tourists
