Review 1：Half an hour before check-out they knocked on the door to start clearing our room. That felt unprofessional.

Review 2：Nice spacious room with a balcony, overlooking a quiet garden. Attentive staff. Rich breakfast buffet. Very friendly service.

Review 3：WiFi didn't work for Apple products. No face cloths (which I think is a cultural thing in Europe vs. the US).

Review 10：Not all staff was speaking English. No minibar was available in my room. It was quite croudy in the breakfast hall.

Review 12：A very minor detail, it would have been good have BBC world news on the TV. This will not stop me from staying at this hotel in the future.

Review 13：Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast with something a little different from normal which made a nice change- Olives, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese as well as the bacon sausage etc. Excellent restaurant just round the corner, Railway station 5 minutes walk away to centre of Frankfurt in under 20 minutes. Nice town to stroll around as it is pedestrainised. The river and other attractions easy to get to. I will stay there again.
